I got my nails done on Sunday. I am writing this Tuesday, two days after. My whole gel manicure popped off and I called to get a refund. The polish is on the skin on two of my nails. The lady rushed me off the phone and said I could come back today for a fresh set. I am traveling for work and won’t be able to come back for another two weeks as I’m out of state. The lady then changes her mind and says I would have to speak to the manager who is on vacation. She rushed me off the phone and hung up before I could even finish my thought. On top of that I waited very patiently when I did get my nails done for a tech for 30 minutes despite the place being empty. The guy tried picking my builder gel off which one is extremely painful and two is how nails get damaged: I asked him to soak please and he finally gave in and wrapped my nails to soak. I gave the place the benefit of the doubt but now after my nail is clean off after simply folding clothes and not being able to get compensation I will not be going back. I can’t adhere to your schedule so now it’s a maybe I can get a set? Nails are supposed to last 2 weeks not two days after paying $45. Place is a joke.

never have had a bad experience here, everyone is super friendly and kind. the staff has issues with mean customers so take those reviews with a grain of salt, been coming here since 2018! never had an issue walking in or being a few minutes late to an appointment.

I was a bit hesitant given the reviews, but since I was in the area, I decided to give it a shot. I rarely go out so regardless of the outcome, I thought at least I would’ve learned something.
First off, the place is HUGE. I thought it was your usual nail salon with maybe 6 or 8 tables, but this place had more. They had numerous tables and foot spa chairs.
I didn’t see any receptionist, but upon entering, one of the ladies who was working a table asked what I needed. She immediately looked for someone who could assist me after I told her what I came for.
James worked on my nails and apart from the nail service, I appreciated how observant he was. When he saw me on my phone, he offered a phone stand (pictured below) and a stylus so I could continue using my phone despite the foils on my nails. Despite a slight miscommunication (my fault, I was half-watching when he was asking me), he accommodated my request 1-2 coats of polish only.
The outcome was great! Just how I like my everyday nails. Natural-looking and not so bold. He also manicured my nails the way I was used to (cuticles removed, dried skin removed). The nail salons I’ve been to in the US define manicure as pushing against the nail ever so softly here and there, not really the grooming I want. So this was a win for me!
Apart from the great service, the price was also very wallet-friendly. $25 for my gel manicure in Palm Beach!
The only con most people might consider (although personally, I didn’t mind this) is that they want tips in cash. So if you are planning to have your nails done, bring some cash for the tip.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I’m glad I tried this out. I now have a go-to nail salon near us.
Bonus: They have OPI in Bubblebath! My color!

I had my nails done at this establishment on the 31st, I should have known when I walked in seeing how empty it was and how rude they were. A few days later after having the dip nail I could see a green dot on my nail bed and then a few days after that 2 more nails.

This one at legacy place is so nice and quiet. Alissa does amazing nails! Gel/ acrylic! Highly recommend and I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my nails.

the service was very friendly, which is why i gave the one star… but unfortunately the french pedicure i received was crooked, no top coat put on, and for some reason my nails were cut down to as short as they could possibly be. i did ask for the crooked white lines to be fixed, but when redone it wasn’t much better as the nails were cut crooked, were jagged and not filed at all. i will not be returning.

I’ve only been twice so far, it’s such a clean, polite atmosphere. I love how Kevin does my nails he did it the first time and I will be coming to him every time now. He is truly so amazing and so kind and polite. He just wants you to leave happy from the salon! I would recommend to go to him🥰

This is a family owned nail salon off of PGA. Jenny is amazing. My hombre nails are tough and thin. She is fast and in charge of ensuring you get the service you need. There are other Venician locations. Be sure to get this location correct. The hot tip is that there is a huge Mr V's Steak house going in accross the streat. I see hubby having a cocktail while I beautify.

I frequented this nail salon last minute one day for a gel manicure and was pleased to be serviced right away as the salon did not have very many people present. However, I was pretty upset with the speed of the service and lack of attention to detail - I walked out with quite a bit of polish buildup on my cuticles, making the manicure look messy and rushed. Might give this location another try to see if this was just an “off” day. Pros- clean, friendly staff.

Ok, As a giy who has had two mani pedi in this life this was fantastic! My wife and I now been 2x and it is very relaxing and the tech Alissha was super nice and walked me theougj all the treatments.
So for a big old football player type I can say this was a real eye opener. No wonder the ladies keep going.

My two girlfriends and I decided to try this Salon today. All three of us were very pleased with our manicures and pedicures, to the point of discussing it afterwards. We commented our nail specialists knew exactly what they were doing, provided excellent results and they were fun to interact with. We will be back!

residents and out of towners beware. this Venetiannails unlike the others. jenny the manager should. not be managing this location. she is rude and unprofessional. i have visited this location several times. i was 5 minutes late due to traffic accident on i 95. i. traveled 30 minutes. she gave my technician to someone else. told me to come back in 3hrs. another time. i had an appointment and as i was walking in told me she had a large party. could not take. me. inam low maintenance 25 pctt. tipper and probably she was encouraging me to go go to another shop. which was easy to do and welcomed me as a customer. read. their reviews. i am nit the first nor last person to sxperience this service or. treatment. thank you for taking time to read my review

jenny the manager. is the rudest manager. i have visited this location several times. over the years lasst week i was 5 minutes late due to traffic she canceed my appointmentt after traveling 30. minutes to see my tmechnician seema. this wek i had an appointment. as i walked in dhe said she had a large party and cwould have to reschedule i tip 30 pct. there are so many wonderful nail salons i went to venetion nails where i wax welcomed. i now understand why there are so many bad reviews. jennny is a rude manager who needs to be reprimanded for her unprofessionalism
