Usually great service. But Sharon "beauty consultant" complains too much about doing her job and ringing customers up. She was moved from the beauty counter to the front register which she voiced her dismay to every customer in front me of me. Amongst other items, I tried purchasing wine and gave her a valid govt ID (concealed permit) and she denied me; I was born in 84. She also did not remedy a discounted item so I had to leave it behind. She needs to find a new job and take the negativity elsewhere.

I wouldn't normally leave a review for Walgreens because after the incident I experienced today I feel it's only fair to give credit where credit is due!! I had a replacement product from Apple that was covered under my Apple care, I received the package followed instructions & dropped off the package to Angela at Walgreens on the 11th, last night I received an email from Apple notifying me that I had 4 days remaining to return my replacement products or I was going to be charged $200. Clearly this was concerning because the package was sent FedEx express so it should have been delivered days ago. Long story short it seems like the FedEx driver that was assigned to pick up for that day, misplaced or failed to scan the package & as luck would have it, I didn't take a pic of the label beforehand & due to a very random glitch in their system Apple could not retrieve the label &/or tracking details to initiate a trace on the package. Well after many hours on the phone (this began at 7:30am this morning & it is currently almost 10pm & I just hung up with a manager from Apple) I spoke with Angela I believe she is the assistant manager at this Walgreens & Digna (I hope I spelled that correctly) the store manager, without hesitation they sat through an entire day of surveillance just to locate me on the recording to confirm that I did in fact drop off the package as I claimed. I don't know if many store managers &/or assistant managers that would invest this sort of time to help a random customer & if it wasn't for the two of them going above & beyond (literally they spent the entire afternoon on this task alone). I would not have had the slightest chance in resolving this situation with Apple so like I said I believe that they deserve to be recognized for their efforts to rectify a situation, they could have easily gotten out of by just providing any old excuse but they didn't & I'm grateful for that!

I have been a loyal customer here for years. I am a medical professional myself so I understand the constraints and am reasonable about my expectations. My specialist called in a script, she knew that I had doubts but said I could always give it more thought. I started receiving the normal barrage of texts and calls to pick up this script. I went to the drive through and explained i did not want the script and they should cancel it. Instead of cancelling, a few days later when my husband went to collect HIS meds, the tech pushed my cancelled medication on him. By the way the copay was over $100 for my cancelled med. he returned after a few hours to reiterate I did not want my cancelled med, and they literally said 'too bad' it cannot be restocked. Of course we understand it cannot be restocked but they should refund the cost since it was clearly their error. A day later I went to speak to the pharmacist who again avoided accountability and said I would have to speak to the regional manager. He cannot be reached by phone or email and I should try come in on a Tuesday morning. I replied I work too. So apparently I am waiting on a call back next week. This kind of corporate ivory tower avoidance of accountability in 2021 and the HIPAA violation is of equal concern. Let us see if Walgreens even attempts to resolve this.

Linda (in the pharmacy) went well beyond her duties to find me the best possible price on my (not covered by insurance) prescription. I can't say enough about all the staff here... friendly, helpful and engaging with the Customer. As if they are happy to see you when you come in.

This Walgreens location should be shut done. I have never been treated so disrespectfully as I have "3" times today. The am store manager failed to contact me that regarding the printing that I was having Walgreens complete. I returned to the store find this out. John the ("Assistant Store Manager ") the 2nd person I encountered, tried to help but was totally ineffective in solving the problem. Not only is he incapable, unprofessional, and rude, he continued to yell at me after having spent an hour waiting for him to complete the printing. As I walked out of the store he "Screamed I'm not threatened by you". Why would any establishment have this kind of person representing their business. WOW

Convenient and always helpful. Sometimes the older employees get a little sidetrack with customers. But other than that great store. Clean, safe and friendly.
