Very rude, unprofessional at the receiving area specially ROSE, she shouldn't be dealing with people, NOT IN PALM BEACH GARDENS, obviously she has no respect for people and for walgreens, she should have a review and work on her if she wants to work in this area.

These ladies couldn't be any less attentive then they are as well as usually having an attitude. It's a medical building. Many of us that work in the building providing services to patients dont alway have time to run out for lunch. So a lot of us will run in to get a drink or snack. Seems like anytime they see any of us in scrubs, it's as if they get annoyed that we are there and will literally let us stand there at the counter and look right through us. I've had it happen Many times as have my colleagues, but today I'm finally writing a review on them as I wish others in this building would too. You would think they would prioritize us when seeing us in scrubs knowing we are working hard taking care of patients opposed to dismissing us or getting annoyed that we are making them run a transaction at the register that they are already standing next to. So disappointing.

Very rude and unprofessional. I walked in and politely asked to pickup my prescription. I was told to sit down and wait. I sat down and after a bit asked to pickup up my prescription again. “Shannae” rolled her eyes at me and provided me my medications. There’s no need to be rude to paying customers.

Rude as anything. Walked in and asked if they had something. I said excuse me, they ignored me. I asked my question, the lady rudely and barely said no then continued her conversation like I wasn’t even there

I realize it's Google but Walgreens at garden pavilion should not confuse people thinking it's a full size pharmacy. Wasted my time and I'm sure you waste a lot of other people's time.

If I choose not to disclose my race and ethnicity, I'm not sure why the pharmacist should have a problem with it, but this pharmacist did. She tried to lecture me on how important it was for the government and research to know these things. There's nothing you can say to people like this. They think they're smarter than everyone. Also, she had me drive home to get the card for dose 1, instead of filling out another one - even though she found all the information in her computer. I brought the card back with the dosing information printed from the other Walgreens. She didn't even look at it. Publix didn't do this, btw.
