They have problems filling 90 percent of my prescription and cannot figure out how to use my insurance. Other pharmacies do not have the problem with the same prescriptions.

This pharmacy is such a nightmare lately. We have had multiple issues over the past several months with prescriptions. We were told last month that the medication that the doctor prescribed for my husband wasn't a known medication even though they had filled it before. This month my medication has said that it was in progress for the past 3 weeks and today when I called they said it was too early to fill because it was filled 3 weeks ago. It never was filled or picked up and now they have to call my insurance company. Incompetent people at its best working right now. I have used Walgreens for 30 years....looks like we are going to be changing now.

Staff is wonderful but as with virtually every Walgreens, it is so poorly managed. State to state. Pharmacy is understaffed and unreliable.
One person in rush hour manning both drive through and counter.
I’d gladly drive to CVS if my insurance plan had an agreement with them.

Service here used to be decent, but it has plummeted. Do not try to get prescriptions here as they are not timely to be filled and seem to be out of simple prescriptions every time. I’ve been checking through the app or texts that I received and frequently it says in progress for days on end. I called to try and get through and usually can’t or have to wait a very long time for them to pick up and tell me that, they were waiting on an order or a delivery. There has been no notification that meds are out of stock or need to be delivered. If so, they should resolve the problem and transfer it to another location instead of making people wait a week.
The last medication I went to retrieve they also did not have for days. I decided to go and pick up the medication they did have and told them to transfer the other script to another location and all of a sudden they said, oh no wait, we have it here. This time while im sitting online I have enough time to sit and go on Google and write a review.
I got a text message saying all medication’s are ready to be picked up but if you click on it and check it says that one is still in progress, soooooo they’re not ready. Of course I pulled up to the window and they tell me they have it. If I didn’t call on the way, it would not have been filled. Although they told me to come back later and pick it up, I was just gonna come get the meds that were ready now. Luckily, I got through this time because i was able to pick up the meds. The communication needs to be improved upon. Meds should not be listed as ready if they’re not ready. If this happens again, I will just switch pharmacies.

What's the point of having a phone number when you don't pick it up? I have never had luck with calling. I stay on the line forever and they keep picking up and putting me on hold without saying a word! So rude!

Lipika always creates problems so she doesn’t have to fill prescriptions. Slowest pharmacy on earth. She will lie and say something is ready and when you show up there is an “alert” and a reason why you can’t have your prescription even if the medication is very serious. The alert usually only shows up after business hours so nothing can be done and she has a terrible, uncaring attitude and it’s like she is happy at other people’s misery. Lipika has had the same bad attitude since the old walgreens across the street in PGA National. I don’t know how she hasn’t been fired over her terrible attitude over the years. Hopefully she retires soon so the western communities can have a friendly Walgreens.

I have had great experience every time I walk in. The staff always greet me with a smile, the store is organizinged, and staff are always willing to help.

I've gone for years because it's the closest to my house, but they mess up my prescription every single time without fail. I finally tried to transfer my prescriptions to a new pharmacy. The new pharmacy said Walgreens didn't answer on every attempt (3+ times) to transfer. I called Walgreens to try to sort it out, and they said they could do nothing because the new pharmacy needed to initiate the call and they insisted they didn't get a call from the new pharmacy even though I hadn't even given them my name yet to check. How would they know? Do not go here.

I made an appointment for the covid 19 the prior day . I told the pharmacist at the consultation window that I was here and have appointment. The pharmacy tech told me to have a seat and he would check me in. I was unable to access consent form on line. several people walked in and were waited on while I was ignored. I waited 20 minutes. another customer walked in to inquire about a vaccine. I then stood up and told the tech I was leaving because I had an appointment that was not being honored. The tech did not apologize or ask me to stay. He continued to wait on new walk ins. I looked for store manager but could not find one. There was not any employees behind the cash register at the front of the store even though there was a customer waiting.

Good service clean store. Nice location. I shop there often and Walgreeens actually has a good points program.
