I've gone for years because it's the closest to my house, but they mess up my prescription every single time without fail. I finally tried to transfer my prescriptions to a new pharmacy. The new pharmacy said Walgreens didn't answer on every attempt (3+ times) to transfer. I called Walgreens to try to sort it out, and they said they could do nothing because the new pharmacy needed to initiate the call and they insisted they didn't get a call from the new pharmacy even though I hadn't even given them my name yet to check. How would they know? Do not go here.

I made an appointment for the covid 19 the prior day . I told the pharmacist at the consultation window that I was here and have appointment. The pharmacy tech told me to have a seat and he would check me in. I was unable to access consent form on line. several people walked in and were waited on while I was ignored. I waited 20 minutes. another customer walked in to inquire about a vaccine. I then stood up and told the tech I was leaving because I had an appointment that was not being honored. The tech did not apologize or ask me to stay. He continued to wait on new walk ins. I looked for store manager but could not find one. There was not any employees behind the cash register at the front of the store even though there was a customer waiting.

HORRIBLE STAFF. Pharmacy is rude and makes up excuses. Everyone makes you wait around and hardly works efficiently. What a shame that such a powerful company has such terrible representation. Will not be going back.

I've been using this Walgreens for some years now due to my insurance plan. This place is always difficult to contact when a question arises for my prescription. I have a manufacturer coupon for one prescription but that coupon often blocks or delays my other prescriptions from filling in a timely manner. Each time I have to call to have a human look at the prescription and see what's happening. They unblock it and within minutes my prescription gets filled. This is fine once maybe twice, but every single time is annoying. Plus, each time I call, I am on hold for a long time. Today's call was 45 minutes and someone picked up then immediately hung up. I dialed back and was notified there were now 3 callers ahead of me! They need to fix both the coupon issue and the inability to pick up a call. If I could go elsewhere, I would.

TERRIBLE LOCATION, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! Mariola- Mareola (whatever her name is) "shift lead" totally rude lady, I came in to pick up an order I placed online and I said "hi, how are you today?" (I was so nice to her) well, she did not even look at me, she said "what order are you talking about? (rude from the beginning)" and I said, excuse me...I placed the order yesterday online and I am here to pick up. She said you have to do it through curbside, which is RIDICULOUS, because I wanted to go and personally pick it up and now she said that is not possible, are you kidding me? Then she didn't even find my order and this absolutely disgusting lady (BTW, I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE IS A SHIFT LEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, OUTRAGEOUS) starts to "explain"=yell at me in such a rude and discourteous manner that I had to stand up for myself and said you do not talk to me like this, where is your actual manager?????? she believes she is like Walgreens' owner for real, I called Customer Service to complain about her and I hope she gets fired because she is DISGUSTING, RUDE, absolutely insolent and disrespectful to customers. I won't enter this Walgreens again in my life, the worst thing is she is employed at one of the top locations...I wonder how her attitude is with Mirasol's members, seriously fire her right now.

Pharmacy is terrible. Every time I try to pick up a prescription there is an issue. Last night I went to pick up a script and was told they needed verification from the Doctor. I said, I saw her today and she called it in... what other verification do you need? They said they needed to call her to verify the script. This was at 9pm, the script was called in at 2:30pm. I said well why are you waiting to tell me this now?? Why haven't you called to verify in the 6.5hrs since she called it in. Needless to say I'm having it called in somewhere else. This pharmacy is always a clown show after your 20 minute wait. I highly suggest avoiding at all costs.

Went to drive thru pharmacy window and had quick service taking my rx’s. Did their thing on the computer, scanned my I.D. and said they medications would be ready in an hour. I only live across the street in PGA national so it wasn’t an inconvenience to return at said time. As I was in route to get my meds my cell phone rang and it was the Mirasol Walgreens pharmacy advising that one of my meds isn’t in stock. When inquiring about when it would arrive they stated “oh well we don’t carry that medication. That is a total lie, I happen to know for a fact Walgreens can order any common medication for next day delivery and they choose not too. It’s not the fact that they choose not to order my controlled/scheduled medication, but the fact that they can just boldly lie to a customer and move on, like it’s no big deal is sad. Then proceed to tell me the copay for the med they did have in stock, I asked them politely why would i fill one rx here and have to go somewhere else to get my second. I asked them to reverse the claim/billing to my insurance and please give me back all of my prescriptions and that I’d have all other medications transferred to a pharmacy that can take care off all my health care needs. They would not fill my rx because a provider out of state sent in the prescription. It’s 2022 and you would thing a company like Walgreens is up to speed on virtual visits. The pharmacist was extremely rude and did not want to help. I live across the street but will drive further to avoid this location.

Better help and pharmacy than the bay ridge, brooklyn Walgreens. They have a full stock of covid tests on a shelf near the pharmacy! Their holiday candy isle is always a good one to visit after holidays ! Lots of candy on sale!

They have extremely poor customer service. I had a very high cash pay order for a prescription. I paid with an insurance “gift card” and they would not accept that along with my credit card as payment because they can’t accept two payment cards. It’s ridiculous. It was from Blue Cross Blue Shield. I need to find another pharmacy. I’m paying top dollar for rude and inflexible people! Ridiculous! It should not be that difficult.
