Don’t bother dropping FedEx off at this location. Every time you go in they say they are not taking packages. Employees are really lazy and don’t want to check in packages. This has happen 3 times and never going back. I guess this is what they want.

They had the sign out front on Monday November 4th, for walk in flu shots. Went to the Pharmacy to inquire. It was not busy there at all. Had to fill out the app which included the consent and questionnaire. The appointment was booked for an hour and 10 minutes later per the app but Rep said they could take me as a walk-in. I'm waiting and waiting and in the meantime within the next half hour super busy. Tell them I could not wait any longer it should have been a walk in and I should have been waited on within 15 minutes tops. I would leave them a zero star if I could.

For the first time, I’m leaving a positive review for this pharmacy, and it’s all thanks to the incredible woman pharmacist on duty around noon on 11/2/2024. I didn’t catch her name, but she stood out as the only pharmacist in the past eight years who made my experience outstanding. Previously, I would have given just 1 star, as the other pharmacists have been rude, unhelpful, and seemed unsure of their work. However, today’s pharmacist went above and beyond to ensure my prescription was filled and covered by insurance. Truly exceptional service!

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Trying to refill a prescription it was hung up because they were looking for authorization from my insurance company that was already in place. But the refill was on hold until Walgreens received the authorization that was not needed. Once I discovered this my Insurance company contacted Walgreens for authorization (which was unnecessary). But it took my insurance company 40 minutes to get this done. Thinking that it had then been filled I went to the Walgreens website only to find that they had cancelled the refill. All this took days and several phone calls and just too much of my time. So I am done with these people. I am moving my prescriptions to Publix. I would have given then zero stars if that was possible.

I went in for Zyrtec D at 7:15 pm, the pharmacy is open until 9:00 pm. The store was not super busy and I was waited on immediately by a friendly lady at the pharmacy. When she tried to ring me up, the pharmacist told her Zyrtec D cannot be purchased with the drive-thru register. The manager, Courtney, decided to pull both registers in the pharmacy, leaving only the drive thru register that cannot be used for Zyrtec D. The ladies in the pharmacy were both very friendly and apologetic, asking me to wait a few minutes. I agreed to wait and then continued to wait. The pharmacist called for the manager and asked if she could ring it up with a credit card on the register. Courtney said it would be another 5 minutes. That would have been over 10 minutes because Courtney was not in any hurry, I watched as she slowly meandered through the store with the photo department registers, which she also closed early. Walgreens, you should be ashamed of the quality of your managers. Especially at a store that is sandwiched between two CVS locations, which I was in and out of in less than 5 minutes. This Walgreens needs to step back and reevaluate the people they have put into managerial positions. I would promote the lady working in pharmacy or the pharmacist over Courtney, any day. Courtney lacks the basic necessity for her job, customer service skills. All of that for allergy medicine that does not require a prescription, it's absurd. The ladies working in the pharmacy were wonderful. They provided the utmost in customer service and had to apologize for their superior. I will now always chose CVS over Walgreens, no matter what state or city I am in; the managers at CVS keep their registers open.

Will send out text messages saying. Your prescription is ready for pick up and then not have it. Ready for pick up when you show up happens multiple times
