The store on Donald Ross and Central Blvd is the worst service I have ever seen at a Walgreens. This store is the closest to my home, however I will never return. The Pharmacy has terrible service, they pick and choose whom they want to fill prescriptions for, I ended up switching all my prescriptions to Amazon Pharmacy. When I placed a online order for general store items, I checked the bags and half the items were missing all the BOGOs were not there, (they stated I only purchased one item when the online order clearly added the free item) and replacement items were smaller and less expensive than the original ordered item or outright cancelled losing all the discounts. Online it states it would be replaced with a larger quantity of similar kind at no additional cost. I completely feel ripped off and will not return again.

Just terrible service here, no one seems to want to work. And when you ask more then one questions, they seem super annoyed.

This is the best Walgreens I have ever dealt with. People like Justin in the pharmacy actually care about your health and go above and beyond to support you with your medication. He called different pharmacies to find my much needed medication, despite the fact that it was closing time and they were extremely busy. I am so grateful. They have a customer for life.

I believe this is the worst pharmacy on the planet. Medication‘s are always on back order. They’re never on time. They tell you on the phone. They’ll call you back when prescriptions ready. Never get a call back. I will not return to this pharmacy.

Waited on the phone for 20 min and no one in the pharmacy picked up. Patients should be able to reach a pharmacy associate. While I was in hold, my husband called the closest CVS to get the question answered.

This location is absolutely terrible. Walgreens as a whole is terrible. If you have any choice in where you fill your meds, go mom and pop like Jupiter drugs. Don’t waste your time with these big box retailers who could care less about you.

Over and over this pharmacy is just terrible. Every. Single. Time. I call to MAKE SURE my prescriptions are ready for pickup ON TOP OF receiving text message notifications. Then I arrive and they tell me it's not ready. Every time. If you're going to come here make sure you take a chunk of time out of your day because you'll have to sit there and wait. Absolutely terrible that they think people just have all the time in the world to wait around because of their unprofessionalism. Had enough and I will not be back.

It's always a disaster here. Plan on waiting 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions. They are always short staffed, medications are frequently not in stock. They are completely disorganized, doing anything here is always a cause for frustration and disappointment.

This is the WORST Walgreens I have ever had to use. I sent in a refill on Saturday and here on Tuesday, she said "i have no reason why this isnt filled". Get it together Walgreens!!!! CVS is on the next corner!!!!!!
