Absolutely the worst bank. Went in for a small business loan. Spoke with Christopher. He got my information and I was told that someone would be calling me to get more info by the end of the week. Two weeks went by still nothing. I called Chris and sent emails but he never got back to me. When I went into the bank to speak with Chris, he told me that he was really busy and would follow up when he has time. It’s been three weeks. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid that Bank location at all costs.

Holding the full am a small payroll check for three days is criminal. No notice. Should have known better than to trust a company with such a sleazy reputation

Yesterday my husband and I went to the bank to cash a check. As the male teller was processing our transaction my husband and I were engaged in a conversation, the teller placed the money in the money counter several times. The teller then asked if we wanted an envelope, my husband says "yes" then we continue our conversation. Right before the teller places the money in the envelope from the corner of my eye I see him replacing a $20 with a $1 and quickly place the money in the envelope. He then hands my husband the envelope and says "have a nice day". I then tell my husband to step to the side so the teller can take the next customer because the lines were pretty long, and so I can count the money because I didn't want to accuse anyone I wanted to be sure that I was correct. I recounted the money 3 times, then asked my husband to recount and the money did in fact come up $19 short. I then told my husband what I saw the teller do. My husband places the money back into the envelope, hands it to the teller and says to the teller that the money is short, and told him we saw what he had done. The teller gets defensive as we ask for a recount, he said that this is not the money that he gave us. The female teller that was in the booth next to the male teller then inserts herself into the conversation with no knowledge of what was going on. She accuses my husband of being hostile when he never once raised his voice or said anything disrespectful. Me and my husband politely ask that they run the cameras back, and the lady teller tells the male teller to just give us the missing money. He proceeds to give us the money and we leave. It was a horrible experience and I wonder how many people they have run that scam on.

The customer line is less than 2 feet from the tellers. Everyone in line sees and hears everything that you are transacting. I did not feel safe or comfortable there. Will never go into that branch location again.

This is the best WF branch I’ve visited so far. Gary Anderson is wonderful and very helpful. Evelin is amazing as well. 100% recommend coming here and getting your business done.

Some staff members are willing to help some are not! And service is very slow except the windows/counter! But I wouldn’t recommend using the branch

I scheduled a visit because my mothers purse was stolen. I was frustrated but Gary and Nick put me at ease as the help my mother and I through the process. Their professionalism made the process easy and all was accomplished. If I need to help my mother again, I will without a doubt make another appointment with Gary and Nick again. Thank you gents for your compassion, professionalism and knowledge to help us in our situation. You have save me time and energy.

We had an appointment of Saturday morning to get a document notarized. Not only were they unwilling to print any documents and ended up not notarizing our document, but they also were extremely disorganized, including homeless people by the parking lot and even walking into the building. Terrible service. We went to UPS which notarized our document in less than 3 minutes, albeit at a cost.

The staffing levels are terrible. It should not take 35 minutes to deposit/cash checks. Only one teller and seven people in line ahead of me. Totally unacceptable.
