HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! They took money from me and WILL NOT give it back… the manager said I would have to call corporate for a refund after trying to get my money back since January 9th. Their phones don’t work, I came in and told them and they are aware and said there’s nothing they can do about it. Long story short, Winn Dixie in PGA stole $52 from a single mom of 4 and after weeks of popping up for a manager name Yissel (very rude and short with me even though I never seen her in that store before) and her never being there, she finally tells me to call corporate. The absolute worst customer service whatever so ever!!!

Beware of bad service from the CSM Yissel if you're in need of help, very rude & unprofessional... even when you're a kind soft spoken customer. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The absolute worst customer service whatever so ever!!! The worse ambiance, it really felt creepy leaving like all the employees were laughing at me. I was in tears when I left.

This store is not customer service at all. The cashiers are terrible. Lines are long and no one cares to move the lines. Employees are talking with friends who aren’t even working there and they ignore the customers. Doesn’t seem to have any management that is concerned about customers at all.

Publix is more expensive, but it’s worth it.This store has great prices, but it’s horrible.Dirty and smelly inside. Greasy floors, dim lighting- things all over the place and no one to help you or run the front registers.New people now that don’t understand their discount card.People deserve better.

Great place to shop. They carry the items Publix used to carry but discontinued. So since I am already there for Buddig Corned Beef or Texas pickled okra or Clausen whole dill pickles or mini dill pickles, I just as well get everything else I need. Great bakery and prepared salads

This place is just disgusting. I've been coming here for 9 years and it's been diving since Covid . Can't get rung out effectively. The cashier ignored me like it was a problem to do her job because she was busy talking to some man hanging out at the end of the register. The ladies at the deli are very sweet and nice . That's the only reason I stop in at all anymore. Meat looks terrible. And your better off going to Walmart to get any real deals . This place needs a major overhaul in management. Plus watch your belongings, And be sure to lock those car doors as vagrants hang out in the lot . Hopefully Aldi is going to take this place over .

It's been a while since I went to any Winn-Dixie stores, but last night I was in the neighborhood so I decided to give it a chance. I heard they have good prices of meat and other things. I went to the meat section and I was shocked and disgusted at what I saw, some of the meat was spoiled like the ground beef, steaks and pork was green. The chicken was fresh though. They had good prices on ice cream and some great BOGO deals. I went to check out after I got all my stuff and there were only two registers open. It was not too busy so I went to the open register where there was a young man, that had an attitude when I started to put my food on the checkout table. He said he gots off in 2 minutes and that this better be quick! So I quickly put everything on the belt and he scanned it then when it came to paying I had issues with my card not reading in the machine he toldme what to press and was getting annoyed when I pressed the wrong thing. I had to do it like 3 times before it finally went through. Once done he just took off, didn't even bother to help me bag my food up. Whatever, that was my first and last visit there.

I love the store I just wish when you ask an employee where something is and they have no clue they go and ask somebody else without looking like deer and headlights I am doordashing today and I found the guy on frozen food aisle he helped me find three items and took me to the item directly there was no question there was no debating it he just did it and he said what else can I do for you it was wonderful.

Winn Dixie's weekly ad is downright obnoxious. Two thirds of my computer screen is covered with W-D banners and popups I cannot remove. On the remaining portion of the screen, the items are too small and too closely spaced for comfort, creating impatience and tension. When I emailed them about this, they refused to answer appropriately, and now will not answer. Their refusal correct this glaring fault is primarily why I seldom shop there. Then, in-store, many of their employees are unhelpful or on occasion, even worse. W-D puts employees with little or no public contact skills on the floor. This is in contrast with Publix, where their staff is cheerful and perhaps, even overly helpful. W-D management appears not to care how customers are treated. When I have discussed my frustration with w-D store management, they are either uninterested and dismissive, or I am told that Corporate is not interested in fixing these issues and will not listen to them. SO they have give up trying. For years, W-D has been faced with corporate survival. Stores with low volume have been closed en masse on several occasions. BiLo bought them out a few years back, and the above practices continued. Warm fuzzies sell. Aggravation does not. Here's the good news: Aldi, a German company, has purchased W-D. That's where I now buy most of my basic food supplies. I feel good when I shop there. It appears to be a well-run company. I do not feel the need to leave ASAP, as I do in W-D. Aldi has a limited range of products, but that is their business model. What I do buy there saves me perhaps 25% of my monthly grocery bill. My hope is that Aldi can transform W-D into a pleasurable place to shop.
