There store is quite unique with the register area shape like a boat and other nautical items all around. The clothes a re nice and extremely colorful. The store is located in the Palm Beach Mall.”
“I wanted to share a story about an amazing experience with Ashley, the store manager, of Vagabond Apparel Boutique. I ordered a hat online and it was promptly and carefully packaged and shipped USPS. The shipment was delayed and seemed lost due to the fault of USPS. I called and spoke to Ashley, she said she would investigate the problem and would also hold an identical hat until she could find out where my shipment was and if the shipment was lost she would ship the replacement hat at no charge. Luckily, USPS did find the box and my hat was delivered. Ashley updated me throughout the whole process also emailed me after I received my shipment to make sure the hat fit properly as I was unsure if I needed the small or medium when I had placed my order. She went over and beyond to help me with my purchase, the store is lucky to have her as the manager. I will be a loyal Vagabond Apparel shopper from now on!”

“A day after recently making a large purchase at the Gardens store, I found out that Lilly was having a sale starting the next day where everything was 30% off. I called the store asking if I could return my items and then repurchase them at the sale price. Natalie replied that there was no need to come to the store as she could take care of the refund over the phone. She did this quickly and efficiently. And, Natalie was also very sweet and friendly. “I’ve been doing group classes my whole life and this is the first one I’ve stuck with consistently for over 6 months. The workout room is clean and you’re always greeted at the door by an employee. I don’t really have a favorite instructor because they’re all wonderful, but if I had to pick a favorite I would pick a define class taught by Jesse. I’ve seen positive changes in my body since joining and I’m way stronger now than I was 6 months ago. The classes never feel like they’re getting easier, but they’re not so challenging that I feel discouraged. Love this place!”
“We came in to visit from out of town and decided to check out this location - from the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed assistance. After browsing for a few minutes, I quickly found some things I liked for my partner and asked for them to be taken to a dressing room while I kept shopping. They were super accomodating and made sure we found everything we were looking for. When I went to browse the lady's section for myself, Stefan (Stephon?) was extremely helpful and helped me pick out some items for myself. I expressed some issues with the pants I tried and asked for something else and he found 2 perfect pairs for me. He even hunted down a skirt I wanted in a different size for like 20 minutes! We spent the better part of an afternoon buying our fall wardrobe there and it was well worth it. I will only be coming back to shop BR at THIS location.
