Literally the worst cable and internet and cable company in the country. In the last two weeks I haven't had service for 5 days . It never fails with them. Do yourself a favor and go to any other company!!!!!!

BEWARE you could be signed up with a 2 year contract with early termination fees without knowing it. Thatās what happened to me. I called in June of 2025 with paying $128 a month for internet. Comcast said we could lower your bill to $115 a month and up your speed to 1,000 mg. And never told me I was under a 2 year contract. They just said I was on an old plan. I just switched to att fiber for much less and I now have to pay a $190 early termination fee. And I have been a loyal customer for 15 years with Comcast.

Weāve been helped by Erik and Jamir on separate occasions and received transparent, helpful information and clarity on our bills. Direct and honest and werenāt pushy on additional things we didnāt need. Honestly, compared to AT&T, and other large carriers the team at this location has been super easy to work with!

Horrible customer service, they do not care, they couldn't care less about you and just want you gone. Set me up with Internet and a tech to come out to my house, but the tech never came. They gave me attitude and we're bumbling around clueless despite setting me up with the appointment in the first place. They are absolutely useless and uncaring here, just the worst employees I may have ever seen, and I am not exaggerating.

Xfinity employees at the store arenāt knowledgeable and definitely not looking out for your best interest They are only trying to earn a commission. This is the same for the xfinity employees that are overseas when you call xfinity. Overseas employees come across as extremely polite and they are but they are also much better at flipping you into some unwanted āupgradeā thatās is always promised as a better alternative and cheaper than your current plan. Even getting to that point to actually speak with a live person is extremely difficult. I had a security issue and my xfinity app was saying to speak to someone from xfinity. I called the first time and was on the phone for over 2 hours and spoke to 5 different people each person polite but not understanding English well and all of them trying to āupgradeā me. I keep saying I need to speak with someone from the security department and finally the last person said they could help me and after a long time of explaining the issue he suggested that I upgrade to a better plan because it will save money and the security issue will go away. He promised my bill would go down. Itās was approximately $200 a month. The following month my bill doubled to over $400 and the problem never went away with my security issue. I called 3 more times and each call was basically the same as the original call. I would get bounced from a low level person on up to a more skilled talker but never once was my security issue resolved but each time they would offer a better plan promising the monthly total will be less and even after I told them my bill had doubled and I want that bill resolved before I change anything.
Xfinity was a great company when they were Comcast. Now they are the absolute worst company with the worst customer service and all employees only care about one thing and thatās there was own pocket and make themselves money. My security issue is not fixed and my bill was never resolved. Iām now seeking legal counsel.
My advice would be to stay far away from these big companies and go with the smaller guy. Youāll get better service and be a happy customer.

I needed two new WiFi extenders and was lucky to be helped by Samantha Richard - she was so friendly, fun and resourceful. When we needed help from the assistant manager, he was just as kind. These two were so customer centric I enjoyed running the errand!
