DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM ZALES!!! I bought my wedding rings in February of 2025 for our wedding and this is the second time I bring our white gold rings in to send them out because they turn YELLOW!! The manager is useless and gets upset with ne because of my frustration. He didn't spend the thousands of dollars on these rings so he doesn't know how it feels to have your spouse not have her wedding rings on her finger looking like she's not married. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOT TO JAREDS!!

I went to the store looking for liquid jewelry cleaner and a polishing cloth…I had the most wonderful conversation with Lana…while she cleaned my jewelry!!!🩵
My necklace, bracelets and rings look like brand new!!! And I’ve had some of these pieces for more than 35 years!!!😘

Went in a day after I got engaged. Needed a sizing as the ring was a size too big. They were a young crowed and from the moment we walked in, the younger female was dismissive. A taller young guy helped… he explained it would be 2 weeks, possibly more…. Etc etc. ok cool. He offered to put the wire that helped make it tighter as temporary thing. Asked… multiple times if he was sure he wasn’t scratching the ring as he was using pillars, no gloves and being aggressive with apply that wire… he assured me that no it wasn’t going to scratch. Fast forward 2 days, due to the lack of customer service, I decided to make a trip all the way to Fort Lauderdale and had the ring taken in for sizing. They showed me all the scratches that he made around the band. I never noticed because I kept it in the box as the wire he put came off. Now I’m being told that scratches won’t be covered since my fiancé did not purchase the insurance. Now I have a ring with ugly scratches. A BRAND NEW RING. NEVER EVEN USED THE RING as it was too big. Oh and mind you, the wire he put on was not on secured, therefore it wiggled around. I ended up just not using the ring as I was afraid it would fall off.

My husband and I went into Zales Rafael was the salesman that helped us, Kyle. tried to help us with the issue so he had to get the manager Lindsay not have been nicer. Lindsey fix the problem and Rafael and Kyle and Lindsey could not be any nicer.
