I have been going to this jewelry store since I was a baby. My mother who has had several pieces made throughout the 40 plus years of knowing the owner. Amazing custom artistry in jewelry making. I now live far away but still trust no one else to create, repair, design any jewelry I own. Highly professional and dedicated team. Love Elizabeth who is ever so kind and professional. ♥️

Very happy with the services of Angelo's. I've had all my jewelry fixed and polished here for the last 5 years and they always go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. The estimates sometimes take longer than expected due to them having their professional jeweler take a look at it but overall they get quality work for a much lower price than most places. I'd recommend them!

I had two necklaces repaired and they did excellent work! These were complicated handmade small beaded necklaces. Elizabeth was lovely and so easy to work with.

The worst of the worst! On July 15, 2020 I took two Tiffany bracelets into Angelo's of Palm Beach for Repair. They were left with Elizabeth of Angelo's who stated she would call me with repair costs.I received a phone call from Elizabeth about 10 days later and she stated the following:The heart shaped bracelet with 7 stones clasp was broken. Elizabeth of Angelo's informed me that the clasp would have to be replaced and I would receive a "credit" for the broken on.The open links bracelet would not close properly. Elizabeth stated this was a minor issue and there would be no charge.I went to pick up my bracelets on August 4. The heart shaped bracelet with 7 stones "new" clasp did not close tightly. I immediately brought that to Elizabeth's attention who stated "the gap is not big enough" to cause any concern. Then she went stated how the clasp had cost more than she had stated because the price of gold went up. I made it clear it was not acceptable. It appears the original clasp was simply repaired and not replaced as stated. I was told the replacement cost was $130.00.The open link bracelet still did not close properly. It actually was worse. Elizabeth than informed me the cost to repair would be $44.00. It was supposed to be no charge.At this point, I realized the merchant was not reputable and just wanted my bracelets and to get out of the store. I paid the $181.90 only in order to get my bracelets back. I made it clear to Elizabeth I was not a satisfied customer. She made no attempt to fix the problems.Within 4 days of wearing the 2 bracelets they both fell off my wrist at different times. Luckily, I was in my home and was able to retrieve them. Neither can be worn after the damage Angelo's did to them. If I could give this business a minus -10 I would. BEWARE and take your business elsewhere.
