“This was my first time ever at a Mint Eco Wash. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and how informative Emilio was when I pulled up to the location. What I didn’t like was the quality of the wash because it did not fully clean the exterior of my car. I gave this place a try to see if it be worth spending money on a membership, but I don’t think I will be coming back. Thankfully I got a coupon and only paid $5 for the wash. I have no idea if that was the best quality wash because I know there are several tiers. I hope it was the best wash because that’s how you get customers back.
UPDATE: I went back on Saturday, May 16th after the General Manager, Ritchie, reached out to me to further get feedback from me on my experience. He is such a nice guy and very informative. He gave me a free wash along with a free basic interior detail. He answered all of my questions that I had and was very patient with me. I highly recommend coming here and if you ever have an issue with the quality of the wash or anything else, Ritchie and the rest of the staff will be happy to help.”

“Wow is really all I can say. I work nearby and the owner, when I dropped my car off, offered to take me to work and then he picked me back up at 5:30 with what looked like a brand new car. The price is well worth incredible work these guys do. I will be bringing all my cars there and recommending them to everyone! I got the full detail and literally not 1 cm of the car was untouched. The car really looks brand new. I can’t say enough about the quality of the workmanship friendliness of the guys.”
