Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort and Spa offers a relaxing coastal getaway with a calming atmosphere and beautiful ocean views. Guests can enjoy waking up to scenic vistas from their ocean view rooms, which appear upgraded with new decor. However, some reviews mention that the rooms may need a deeper clean, as dust and sand were found, and the shower was not very clean. The hotel has a unique setup with the pool located outside and across from the main building, separate from the lobby and rooms. Despite this, the overall environment is inviting, especially for those seeking a quiet retreat or celebrating events like weddings, which are common at the resort.
The staff, particularly Amanda, receives high praise for attentive service, helpful recommendations, and making guests feel welcome. Visitors also enjoy the on-site dining, especially the fish tacos, chicken avocado wrap, and mushroom truffle pizza, with the view enhancing the dining experience. The nearby beach is noted as excellent, and the area is walkable and safe. While cell phone service can be limited, especially during rainy weather, the hotel's atmosphere and friendly staff create a positive experience. Overall, Tideline Palm Beach is seen as a pleasant destination for relaxation, with good amenities, friendly service, and beautiful surroundings.

The room is renovated and very clean. Excellent service from Ramon at the front desk. Great beach service as well. You only have to walk a few steps and your beach chairs and umbrellas are right there!
