I have a collection of luxury watches, mostly Rolex models. However, I have wanted a Cartier de Santos watch since 1987. This past weekend after learning more about the watch and its history, I felt compelled to simply go and get one!And I did. Ali was very helpful and efficient. I looked at the watch in the display case and knew that I preferred the Medium for my wrist size and it’s perfect. I purchased the watch and a fine gentleman showed me how to remove links and change the band.I wasn’t sure if I’d like the watch after I got it, but I must say, I really enjoy wearing it. And, it keeps time perfectly!It’s nice to walk into a Boutique and simply buy what you want, unlike Rolex where you typically have to wait months for the model you want. But, I do miss the buying experience you get at other luxury watch boutiques.I highly recommend the Cartier de Santos to anyone still considering it.

I came to this location after Van Cleef as I was looking for a bracelet that Van Cleef did not have / care to show me.The woman who helped me was extremely nice. She showed me multiple bracelets which I wasn’t crazy about. Then we moved over to the love bracelets. I’ve always had a thing for the love bracelets, but I was really looking for a certain van Cleef bracelet in my head.The woman was very helpful with trying on different sizes and gold colors. I wound up not buying anything from this location but as helpful as they were I will make sure my next purchase will definitely be from this location.

I received a Tank Must as a gift. The bracelet was too big so I had a link removed. The bracelet was then too snug. I called and explained my problem to Patrick and he went above and beyond to find a solution. He found that a half link could be ordered so he ordered it for me. I went to two other Cartier Boutiques and both told me nothing could be done. Thank you, Patrick!!

The manager Alexandra is horrible! I’ll never return to the store again as long as she is there. She’s incredibly rude and dismissive! I’m a Cartier customer and was treated very poorly!

Since Orlando does not have a Cartier store anymore, we made the drive down to do some shopping. They confirmed over the phone they had the watch in stock that we were considering. The staff was courteous and patient with us as my wife tried on several items. We came with our 1 year old and they let us stay in the back room with him while we were waiting to check out and get the watch sized. Would definitely come back.

Incredible rude people work there. Very disappointed that a luxury brand like this one will have employees who will treat other people with such disrespect and in such a nasty manner. If someone makes a mistake, treat them with grace and before you make assumptions, ask politely. Maybe there was a misunderstanding. Don’t storm out like you work at Walmart. Where is the class? You have lost a customer. There are plenty of luxury brands to purchase from.
