My friend and I were visiting Palm Beach and decided to walk the infamous Worth Avenue which is filled with upscale stores. I decided to go into the Chanel store since I have bought some of their products. We were not greeted and no one asked if they could assist us. I guess WE LOKKED as if we didn’t have money, or maybe because I was AA, who knows. Didn’t feel invited, at all! When I am working, I make $150-200 an hour. I don’t choose to wear designer clothes daily and prefer to invest my money in helping the needy, family, friends and pay cash for all I own etc.My friend stated that as we left the store one worker whispered to another and they laughed! Interesting because they are the hired HELP and their salary is far less than my own! SmhVery unpleasant experience and I will never set foot in this store AGAIN!

This weekend was my first visit at Chanel on Worth. I stood curbside for a bit in complete adoration of the visual display which was a mannequin draped in a full lace blouse, trouser with a bow accent at the waist and a full length matching duster with inconspicuous Chanel logos placed throughout the lace. It was absolutely breathtaking. Eventually my friend who initially didn't want to go in, agreed to enter to enjoy the boutique.WE WERE NEVER GREETED. I've visited Chanel boutiques in Berlin and Milan where English isn't the primary language and they've very warmly greeted you upon entrance because after all, what is luxury if the experience doesn't even start with a greeting. So, because good manners are innocuous, I returned the surprise and questioning stares of the staff and security with warm greetings. Priceless.I began to help myself at the makeup counter when enter sweet Jillian. Jillian immediately greeted me, asked did I need any help, chatted me in an enjoyable way then immediately jumped into multi-tasking mode to assist my friend and I with a shoe. Jillian effortless closed my purchase and offered me much needed water. The icing on the cake: I asked for restaurant recommendations and Jillian did not disappoint. She shared many options, and either specialities to include walking directions to reach them.Thank you Jillian for salvaging the experience! See you again soon!

I live in Atlanta but waited to purchase until traveling to an area with an actual boutique. What a mistake! The salespeople did not greet us and were very unfriendly until it became clear my mother and I were going to purchase. In total, we spent almost $10k on a bag, hat and cashmere scarf. The sales associate told us she would box everything up and have it ready for us if we wanted to continue to explore the area or have lunch. We returned about a half hour later and were rushed out of the store with one shopping bag. I protested that my purchase (the scarf) was a separate transaction and that I wanted a separate bag. I also noted that it didn’t look like my purchase was even included in the bag we were handed. Multiple sales associates tried to reassure us everything was there, instead of simply checking and realizing that my purchase was missing. If I had listened to them, we would have left without the $1600 scarf. After some additional waiting, I was handed a bag with makeup thumbprints and a totally dishelved looking product. I had been told the scarf would be steamed by Donna (the original associate we worked with), but then later found out she chose to take her lunch break and leave the task for someone else. No surprise here, the sales associate who hurriedly boxed my scarf did not bother to steam it. Very low class people working here who seem to cast judgement on the actual professionals who can afford the product. I would not shop here again!

Unless you're walking in drenched in Hermes don't expect any customer service. The sales associates were very snobbish and didn't even greet me when I walked in. I felt so uncomfortable and left.

The Chanel store on Worth Avenue is a place we always stop by and see what's new. We have purchased quite few items from Chanel and are always so very satisfied. The staff is always so kind and helpful, The store is not one of the biggest but they do have a decent selection of items.

This review is long overdue. Several months ago, I came to this Chanel looking for make up to use for my wedding day as I was doing my own. The ladies at Chanel were just FABULOUS! Jacqueline worked with me and she was so kind, and helpful. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and really worked to help me find the look I was imagining in my mind. She was very sweet and so was everyone there honestly, the whole team was just great! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, they went above and beyond to make this such a good experience, and they probably didn't realize how much I needed it. They gave me tips and tricks that I ended up incorporating into my look on the day of. The make up was such good quality, smooth, and they helped me find the perfect colors. Even 12 hours after I applied the make up it was still on and I looked great in it! I am definitely a Chanel customer for life not only because the make up is amazing, but because they are truly a 5 star team and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have never had such a horrible experience at a chanel boutique and I have shopped at chanel boutiques all over the world. I came down for the day to shop and go to this boutique. When I entered no one said hello (although several people looked right at me) and they seemed interested in only serving what appeared to be their local clientele (older women). Would not recommend visiting this boutique.

I tried to get a shoes there. First sales person got my contact but never ever contacted me back, then I went to the store again, I asked for another sales person! Same experience, you need to implore for them to help to order something. That’s the worst experience ever for me.

Just tried to buy a couple of shoes, and the man on the door didn't let me in. It was just 6 pm. Really bad service compared to other channel stores where they ask you and try to help you.

I was lucky enough to have makeup artist Maggie Murphy in the beauty section. Maggie helped me find the perfect foundation and taught me how to upgrade my makeup application. She was kind and patient. They do not allow you to sample the perfume extraits like other Chanel stores but they do have hard to find items in stock like Crystalle.I saw the other comments of SA rudeness. I don't know if I was ignored in the bag section. I was left alone to explore which I appreciate.

I want to start off my saying I have NEVER taken the time to write a negative review about any business. But, I absolutely had to after my terrible experience! I was there last weekend with my husband. They 100% discriminate against you if you’re not at least 60 years old. Apparently, they’re stuck in old times and think only old people have money to spend. They didn’t even acknowledge me. I asked for help 3 different times. Finally, when I did get someone to acknowledge my presence- I was treated and spoken to like a child. I ended up just texting my contact in Dallas and gave them my business instead. Although we now live in Palm Beach, I’ll make it my mission to make sure that I and anybody I know gives them zero business. We have plenty of other ways to shop Chanel. The employees in that boutique should be ashamed at their level of unprofessionalism.
