“1-15-24 Came to Palm Beach for the day and came to Worth Avenue to do a little shopping. Ralph Lauren is a favorite of mine for clothing as well as bedding. So as we entered the one first door in it landed us in the men's clothing area. We took the elevator up to the second floor to see the bedding. Beautifully displayed bed and lots to choose from. This bedding is one of my favorites and the softness of the sheets and quality is perfect. They will last forever. I took photos of the display as I am trying to decide how to decorate my new home and it definitely gave me choices. This way I can call them to ship when I am ready. As we made our way downstairs back down the elevator we made our way through the ladies area. They had an extensive range that would wardrobe you day until evening just beautiful.”

“I had such a great experience with Jenna this week, I was running around between meetings but needed a couple of spring suits for work and some casual outfits. Jenna was so engaged and knowledgeable about all of the clothing at the store. She helped me to navigate all the different styles and trends and to put together some great outfits, including two suits for work, two different pairs of jeans that have an amazing fit without being too trendy, a beautiful cashmere sweater, a bunch of casual spring tops for layering and a really fun multi colored cardigan I would never have picked out on my own. I actually made a new outfit and wore it that same evening.”
“In town for a meeting and my wife wanted to buy a purse. Experience was great in the store and we were excited about her purchase. When we got to hotel realized it was the wrong purse. Sounds like it was a bad experience but Bella our sales rep was exceptional. She took charge and personally delivered the right purse to our hotel. She also wrote my wife an apology and gave us the book “Little Book of Gucci” as an apology. Excellent customer service and I wish I had employees as caring and bought in as Bella.”

“Gianna and the entire team at Valentino are absolutely amazing to work with! I purchased a new full suit set they had just gotten in, but wasn’t in my size. They spent a good half hour with me and the in store tailor to make it perfect and then overnighted it to me! Could not say enough wonderful things about this store.”
“I really do not understand all the horrible reviews but I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this store. I live out of town (about 4 hours away) and have come down for a few specific launches. I have always been welcomed and treated with respect and someone is always willing to assist. Usually I come right when they open so I tend to have the store to myself for a bit but even when I come and they’re busy I don’t feel ignored. When they are busy, you might have to give them a little bit since usually that means they are assisting with customizing which can take a while if there are many customers vs 3 or 4 employees but they’re always polite and are doing the best they can. I suggest if you’re waiting to customize that you make sure to approach the customization counter or politely approach one of the employees for assistance. Hope this helps!”
