My husband and I were so lucky to have been recommended to Cara McClure by friends and she quickly found us a great rental in the Palm Beach area. Couldn’t recommend Cara more for her professionalism, enthusiasm, and hard work.

I've dealt with 3 realtors from this branch, 2 of them were fantastic and 1 of them was a horrid human being. I'll start with the bad and the gush about the good!
Yvonne Skovron is a horrible human being. Rude, petty, childish, and just an all around bad person. She was the President of Casa Costa HOA and just went out of her way to make everyone miserable. I don't know which was worse, Yvonne or Castle Group Management (specifically Agnieszka Kiraga, Sugeilis Gutierrez, Kirsten Alvarado, James Donnelly). They all thought that silly titles made them better then others, making them exempt from common courtesy, or even basic human decency.
Sending out long droning emails, saying nothing and not actually doing anything. They sent out 6 emails over 5 days, explaining that the elevator was broken. None of the emails said when it would be fixed but they just kept on sending!
Done with the bad:
Adam McPherson was the realtor we used back in 2017, we started with trying to buy something in South Boca. Our lease was up in 4 weeks and after 2 weeks, we still didn't have anything!
Adam was a saint! He took us to maybe 3 dozen properties, he talked me off the ledge when our offer was rejected at a place my wife and I loved. He was responsive, quick, and felt very confident the whole time.
My wife and I knew we weren't his key demo, definitely on the lower end of the income bracket he was used to dealing with, but he never made us feel inferior or lacking. When I, a 300lb man almost started crying at the last property that was a dud, Adam was sympathetic but also quickly pivoted to "something he didn't even consider because it was in Boynton".
It was a rental property in Casa Costa, my family lived there for three years. It was Yvonne and Castle Group Management that soured us to the building. Before they were around, my family LOVED the unit! A few hours before Adam showed us the unit, we drove by and I said to my wife "why can't we just live in a place like that!" and pointed at Casa Costa!
Adam helped me with getting a loan, suggesting Navy Federal because I have a relative in the military. They are a credit union that gave me a fantastic rate! I ended up using them for car loans, credit cards, main banking, mortgage, etc.
Adam was always friendly and welcoming. We felt like friends. He told us about his pending nuptials. I'd complain about my current nuptials ...when my wife was out of ear shot!
Adam just made what should've been a horrible experience, significantly better!
Cut to 2019, after three years (2 1/2 great years and 6 months of misery) at Casa Costa; my wife and I decide to buy again. That we'd never deal with trolls like Yvonne Skovron or Roberta Mann again! I shoot Adam a text and he calls me back almost immediately!
Adam was too far north, too busy, too much going, and a litany of other issues that would prevent him from working with us this second time. My wife and I just wanted to get Adam a commission after taking us all over South Florida a few years earlier! Adam called me up and shot me straight; too much was going on in his personal/professional life that he'd "be unable to give me the attention that [I] deserve".
Adam told me that he had a young guy that would be able to devote the attention to me that "[I] deserved". James Wentley, J to his friends, was Adam's referral.
We found a second Saint in J! We had a better idea of what we wanted this round but still knew we were well below the median house cost that J or Adam would work with, but J treated us with the same respect that a multi-million dollar property shopper would expect.
He was always ANNOYINGLY well dressed, he would smile genuinely, he told dor

Michelle Donahue, was the perfect realtor for us. She listened to what we were looking for and had several condos for us to view. We found the perfect one, and closed escrow in 25 days. We are enjoying our beautiful beachside condo. Thank you Michelle.

Snooty and ineffective. Invited to a viewing and "lunch" which was bad cold pizza and one cheap side salad for everyone! Not the way to market multi-million dollar condos on Singer Island.
