Our Sunday brunch at Florie’s inside Four Seasons hotel was great, the food is scrumptious and the services are superb. All our requests to the server Rebecca were “absolutely “, so sweet of her.

I reserved an outdoor table but they tried to seat us inside. When I mentioned we wished to be outside there was a 20 minute wait. They eventually seated us in Siberia at the far end of the patio. They probably had to set up an extra table to accommodate us. It lacked the lush vibe of the other seating area. Our server, Paul very good. The food — not so exciting. The menu was lacking. A few fish dishes. One pasta dish and several pizzas. Pizzas? Oh well. The chef is partly Argentinian and there was a heavy meat presence not exactly geared for the tropics. I ordered the grouper with tandoori spices which I couldn't taste. The fish needed seasoning and it was rather dry. The usual heavy desserts —- mainly Italian— followed. Chocolate, profiteroles, mousse. Nothing citrus or fruity which was odd. I ordered the homemade coconut sherbet which was probably the best thing I had all night. Granted, I am spoiled living in Palm Beach half the year and having so many wonderful places to dine. But Flories Restaurant felt very hotel-like—-after all, it IS in the Four Seasons—-and not in a good way. I would say the food is average and the menu and execution uninspired. There are many better places in town to have a wonderful meal.

A delicious meal for a special occasion. The cocktail were very inventive and tasted great. We celebrated a birthday and got a sweet treat and our picture taken. I will not wait for my birthday to go back!

Service was less than desired at the price. Forgetful staff. I walked out with a most extravagant billing for a mediocre buffet brunch, 1 Bloody Mary which was not included along with a $50 glass of reopened rose champagne and 1 glass of wine. It pained me to extend a 20% gratitude as well as not having a consideration regarding the valet parking. I had asked for a price free menus for my guest which was never supplied after having asked for one 3X. I do not recommend the Four Seasons for any sort of pleasant dining experience. Caution. Beware!!!

I had the pleasure of dining at Florie’s last night, and I must say, it has quickly risen to the top of my list of memorable culinary experiences.1) Culinary Brilliance- Chef Nino's expertise shines brightly in every dish. His innovative preparations and impeccable taste combinations are testament to his burgeoning status as a culinary superstar.2) Engaging Atmosphere- The open kitchen concept is a brilliant touch. It not only provides a glimpse into the culinary magic happening behind the scenes but also fosters a sense of connection and engagement with the diners.3) Professional Staff- Vincent and the team deserves commendation for their professionalism and warmth. Their attentiveness ensured that every aspect of the evening flowed seamlessly.4) Sensational Aftertaste- What truly sets this dining experience apart is the lingering aftertaste of delight and satisfaction that persisted even into the following day. It's rare for a meal to leave such a lasting impression. Congratulations on your wonderful amuse bouche. In summary, Florie’s offers more than just a meal; it delivers an exquisite symphony of flavors, ambiance, and service. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect dining experience.Warm regards,Your secret diner

Very clean smart design fitting of south Florida. Appetizers were a superb start. Cauliflower and octopus carpaccio both top drawer. The evening's special vegetable veloute with truffles was a truly comforting. The star for us though was the tuna tartare as this was one of the best we've had anywhere in our travels through Europe and the Caribbean. The spicy guacamole added a nice kick alongside. Finally, the chef's grandmother's bread was so unique and flavorful paired with lemon scented olive oil made from produce in the chef's garden in France. My wife had the grouper, nice but a bit under seasoned. My star however was the Veal Milanese, a great size with a sauce that I forgot the details on but showed unique subtle depth. Topped off with a truly light perfect Grand Marnier soufflé - so rich and airy. Cocktails were great also and the wine that we selected stood out as well. A truly Five star evening. Indulge!!!

When it came time to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary, I made good on a pledge to keep our “theme” of numerical destinations. While FS Nevis was a plan and we reviewed locales closer to Miami we elected a mid-week dinner at Florie's. From start to finish we were treated like royalty, with full acknowledgement of our special day extending to a surprise dessert treat. We even had leftovers boxed up, as we assumed portions would be “small.” That's inaccurate — they are what they are supposed to be but Americans assume big plates are the norm when spending a little more for an exceptional experience. After dining at RH ROOFTOP, I can say that's all about location while the food is very good but totally overpriced. And they have a $10 valet. So hooray FS Palm Beach for a very pleasant and joyous way to celebrate our 4th at the Four Seasons. Recommended: Wagyu filet, the passion fruit cocktail, clams, pistachio cannoli

We had high expectations in advance of our reservation based on previous dining experiences at other Four Seasons hotels. Our server appeared to be taking care of too many tables as he wasn't very attentive. Our apps did arrive quickly after being ordered. We were advised that they were out of the agnolotti and salt encrusted Dorade ( apparently they only had two dorade to start the evening). We waited forever for our entrees to arrive as our waiter kept apologizing for the delay. My wife's snapper was overcooked and sent back, however my grouper was properly cooked. We ended up canceling her fish as it was getting late. Dessert was offered by the manager which was nice , however the evening was not what we had expected and hoped for as it was my wife's 60th birthday

We celebrated our company's Christmas dinner and the excellent service from Mrs. Maylan Farinas, who is an assistant sommelier, was spectacular. I was so delighted that I will continue visiting them.

Came for NYE dinner Was sat outside to prepare the table but forgotten entirely (no drinks brought, no one came to bring us to our table for about 25min) Finally asked to be seated and again, forgotten. They poured wine, but did not serve first course for another 40 minutes. The food was sub-par, at best. Gooey langoustine, very fishy sea bass. We left after third course. Highly disappointed, especially for the cost.
