I purchased some hats from this location Everyone was very nice in the beginning and then it took a turn for the worst. My fiancé needed to come exchange one of the hats. Upon walking in the sales representative Daniel or “Danny” informed her it was no problem, proceeded to bring out all of the hats for the exchange. 15 minutes later, they changed their mind that they did not want to return it. It was an unworn hat. Absolutely atrocious experience to waste our time why not just tell us right away instead of changing his mind Midway through. Then the manager proceeded to tell my fiancé “ Versace doesn’t even have a return policy” I’m not sure what that has to do with anything if they’re comparing themselves to Versace, that’s an absolute shame. If you’re looking for this brand Shop online and not in store.

I drove thirty minutes to get to the store before closing time to arrive at 4:30. They close at 5. Doors are locked. I guess they don’t honor the hours they post for the public. Waste of my entire evening.

The Sales Associate Tommy Baxter was absolutely Wonderful to work with! He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. You have a life time customer! My husband was able to completely update his wardrobe. He looks incredible! Tommy helped with sizing and fit for him.

Back on 6/17/2023 I placed two orders with Loro Piana under order 11244380 and 11244376. They were impulse purchase that should never have been made and as soon as I got the items I returned them via the Fedex labels provided. For whatever reason, Fedex misdelivered these packages to the wrong address and was never able to retrieve them and deliver them to Loro Piana. Nevertheless, Fedex issues a claim to Loro Piana for each lost package, but Loro Piana has not refunded me for either order. Loro Piana says on their website that they insure each package for loss, theft or damage, yet this is not true. They only insure it for a fraction of the amount of the total order and when something goes awry, they leave you hanging with no refund, but are more than happy to pocket the paltry sum they get back from Fedex. The may make nice clothes, but I would definitely purchase through a more established retailer and not them. Their customer service is not good.
