With full-service office support, including a staff notary public, Intelligent Office Palm Beach Gardens allows me to focus entirely on my clients. The space is bright, clean, and modern. Its location is convenient for clients from Palm Beach and Martin Counties - within a mile or so of Florida's Turnpike and I-95. I never have to give directions to clients. Parking is convenient as well. I've been there about 18 months and couldn't be happier.”

I hit traffic and when I called to say I was close by he was kind and courteous and patient with me and made the extra effort to make sure I received my package even if I was about 3 minutes past closing time. “Fed ex dropped a box off at a vrbo I was renting by mistake. I felt it important to redirect it to proper person. 800 customer service for fed ex was of no help. A drop off location near me was also of no help. I was driving near Eagle Shipping Center and called to see if I could drop off with them. Immediately took box and said they would somehow get it picked up by FedEx and delivered appropriately. That's what I would have expected from the so call FedEx customer service. Thank goodness Eagle Shipping understands real service thanks to Cesar Echeverry.”

“This store, and Marcus & Lacy, saved the day!!! I first went to a UPS Store in Delray. I walked in with 3 small plastic bags of clothes and asked to buy a 14” box, and ship the clothes. They told me that I could buy the box but that I would have to go out to the curb or anywhere else to put the bags into the box. They said that it wasn’t allowed to do any packing in the store! I have never heard of such a thing. They weren’t super pleasant about it.So I called this Palm Springs location and spoke with Lacy who said to come on over. Marcus was super helpful and I was in and out of the store in 10 mins — bought my box, filled it, taped it up right there in the store as normal, and was back on my way.Also? The Delray store quoted me $9 for the 14” box whereas it was only $7 at Palm Springs.”

“I had some very important documents that I needed Notarized before the weekend so I rushed to this location at 4:30 and got their at 4:45. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to get to the register at 5:04 and them tell me that they won't Notarize my paperwork cause the notary is supposed to go home at 5. Mind you she is still right their in front of me, but doesn't wana stay a minute late. If she had already left I can understand that. But she just didn't want to do it cause they had a line and it would have made them stay even later. I should have came earlier I admit so after the fact I understand, I sure was mad that day tho. The next time I went they helped me just fine”
