“Came in with an open box with my item in it and a shipping label, I was in town for business and didn't have any shipping supplies with me, the women there were very nice and helped me package it with the provided tape and send it out!”

They do their best to do your waiting time short, care about your packages and offer suggestions and support, always with a smile. I have years going to them and not complaining, I can't say the same for other location.”
“This is my local post office, and it’s a pretty busy one for the area; one which I can actually walk to. I sell items on a few online platforms (eBay, Poshmark, etc) so I’m a regular customer at this USPS. They always take care of me quickly and even recognize me. If they’re dealing with another customer with a complicated situation, they’ll even call me over and scan my label (I print my own) and give me my receipt (I need it for tracking) all within 30 seconds and it doesn’t interfere with any other customers they’re helping. I appreciate all of the workers at this location! (Especially the girl who usually works at the middle window.) ✌️”

“A little tricky to find, but this location was super convenient (especially with it being open on Saturday until 5pm ?). The worker there was friendly and got my mail needs taken care of fast!
HOW TO FIND IT:
It’s inside the actual mall. The best way is to park by the mall entrance at Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant. Keep walking towards the escalators on the right and go down. Get off the escalator on the lower level and keep walking straight towards the sign on the left that says things like “Exit, Restrooms, U.S. Post Office, etc.). Walk down that little hallway and there’s a USPS window kiosk on the left around the corner.”

“I sent a package Priority Express to Seattle WA on Fri to arrive on Sat before 6pm, since it was prescription glasses replacement for my son . The package was not sent out on time 3days have passed. This morning I went to my local.post office to claim my money pack and to see where the package was i finally asked for a manager who was very informative and professional unlike the counter lady with a heavy Russian accent who was very rude and told me to Google the address of the distribution center ! Thank you to the manager at USPS Jog office. I don't recall his name sorry but a perfect gentleman he called me back to let me know package had arrived at Seattle today.”

“People need to calm down this post office is a very pleasant place to visit due to the beautiful customer service they provide even though it may have been crazy due to short staff two out of five times I’ve been there they move pretty swiftly and do their best you can’t just say HIRE MORE PEOPLE well u go help they are already stressed more than likely why make it worse by being rude and just overall MEAN”
