“Incredibly Positive Experience:Smooth Movers absolutely came through for us! Manager answered phone while on his vacation, made several recommendations and was able to set up our moves. His staff accepted two double move days in order to accommodate our construction schedule. They were very efficient and professional, able to move our pool table and it did not need leveled afterwards! Another moving company had been scheduled but dropped us two days before our remodeling job was to start. Unashamedly this ‘baseball themed’ moving company manager dropped us for higher profit jobs. I was panicked that we would lose our contractor date that we waited on for 3 months. Smooth Movers manager Eric understood and even had set up a plan B and C with competitors in the event his staff couldn’t be scheduled. Cannot thank him enough. Costs came in under initial estimate, but I would have paid more for the peace of mind Smooth Movers provided!”

I was highly impressed with it.Ryan came to do the free in-home consultation. He was professional, he explained the process thoroughly, and answered all my many questions.I had the pleasure of having Andres, Jonathan, and William disassemble and wrap myfurniture with the utmost respect and attention to detail. Bringing it down the elevator andloading it on the truck was done in a very careful way ensuring no damage to my building.They worked nicely together. It was stress-free and smooth!!Carlos and Matt kept me fully up to date with the move-out and delivery progressconsistently. And Maria for called after to make sure I was satisfied. I sure am!Andrea and Terrance did a fantastic job delivering and setting up my furniture. Again,stress-free and smooth. They made sure it was all placed in the proper place andassembled correctly with sincere care. Being retired from the moving profession after 20 years I think I’m qualified to judge their performance and I will say that Jeremy DJ and Orlando knocked it outta the park!!The crew was prompt professional and ready to go!!My move was seamless until we arrived at our destination and unfortunately those people used another company with an NFL Team logo on their truck and they were not ready for us to move in. Major league moving was there for me when I needed, and i couldn't be happier with the service that I got. Simon and Leonard were the ones who personally took care of me. “Me being a business owner I think I could improve your wrapping techniques I see there's a lot of tape of these pictures it doesn't look right hopefully I get an opportunity to talk to the boss man over there so I can improve your wrapping technique with the rubber band Technique that I learned back in the 90's from working with the guys from the 70's & 80's. And trust me it's easier than using tape I can even probably save you about 20K a year just by using rubber bands alone. I work for allied moving for 22 years I even have my LLC under their name. Still successful today even though I'm a partially deaf and blind. Although I am handicapped I am way better than 75% of these guys down here in South Florida in Troy county area cuz we're taking so she can't get great customer service and wrong with great price.
