1-15-24 Came to Palm Beach for the day and came to Worth Avenue to do a little shopping. Ralph Lauren is a favorite of mine for clothing as well as bedding. So as we entered the one first door in it landed us in the men's clothing area. We took the elevator up to the second floor to see the bedding. Beautifully displayed bed and lots to choose from. This bedding is one of my favorites and the softness of the sheets and quality is perfect. They will last forever. I took photos of the display as I am trying to decide how to decorate my new home and it definitely gave me choices. This way I can call them to ship when I am ready. As we made our way downstairs back down the elevator we made our way through the ladies area. They had an extensive range that would wardrobe you day until evening just beautiful.

I have purchased these barncoats before. They are so very cute and tailored so nicely. Sami loves to wear it and it is easy to put on and take off. He receives so many compliments! It does run small so order the next size up.

I recently visited Ralph Lauren boutique store and left a happy customer. When I walked inside, I was immediately blown away by the size, layout of merchandise and decor of the store. And, Sean greeted me from behind the front counter with a smile and a genuine “Hello! How are you today?” I told him that I just wanted to walk around and look. He was very professional and represented Ralph Lauren in his classic RL appearance and manner and style of communicating as a true ambassador of Ralph Lauren. After looking around, he was very quick to help upon request. He answered my questions, and offered his expertise in ensuring a proper fit in the clothes I was trying on and wanting to buy. He was also very efficient in locating some shorts I really wanted but didn’t see on the shelves. I appreciated his casual and personable style of interacting, at one point offering water on an extremely hot day! I also learned more about the various RL collections that Sean educated me on that I was not aware of. He made check out fast and easy while taking the opportunity to leave me with as much of a favorable impression of the exquisite RL brand as he initially gave me when I walked in the store. Thanks again Sean! I will be back.

Wasn’t a huge fan of polo going in but found that purple label is far superior quality and a more subtle emblem if you color match it. Found a great long sleeved polo. Gail was great to work with!

This is a beautiful Ralph Lauren store. My boyfriend came to purchase khaki pants. A staff member worked one-on-one with him, aiding in everything from fabric options to shipping. The staff prioritizes personal customer service over upselling, a quality overlooked by many stores today. We walked out with one pair and had another shipped to our place. A size needed to be exchanged, and though the tags were cut off, they accepted and made it right so he was good with his order. Even though I didn't get anything, it was entertaining walking in the store and read garden patio. I had no idea RL carried so many house products. From down comforters to desk lamps to coffee beans, the upstairs is a treasure trove of fine goods. As far as clothes, they carry pretty much every RL label on the first floor and can create / order a tailored garment of your design (ex. sizing, monogramming, etc.). Well-detailed and attentive store all around.

Sales associates are amazing! By far my favorite Ralph Lauren location. Everyone is so nice and actually helps you with whatever you need. If you’re looking for true Ralph Lauren luxury, this store is it.
