I recently needed a gift of a hard to find bottle of bourbon. Joe was amazing! He found it within an hour and quickly got back to me. When I arrived to this charming shop to pick it up it was gift wrapped in a cute bag and ribbon too. I call that exceptional customer service. Something I think you wouldn’t get with a big box store. They have a fabulous selection of wines too. Scotti’s Wine & Liquors certainly is a gem in Palm Beach!!!Thank you again!

Rude and unhelpful owners and staff. I ended up canceling my order and going with a store that appreciates my business. I called in and was treated as a burden rather than a customer.

I spoke with Joe today to send a couple of bottles of expensive Pino Noir to a gentleman celebrating his 90th Birthday..... WOW What a fabulous experience! I'm in New Jersey and Brother-in-Law is in Lantana but they made this seamless and easy. Recommended two wonderful bottles, boxed them, and did fine wrapping.....They arranged for a delivery; even though; its outside their service area, got a card for me and enclosed it. I just wish I was closer, they'd be my permanent store. Highly, highly recommend they are fabulous.

Gem of a shop in palm beach. Joe, the owner is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Has first growth Bordeauxs on the shelf. Was able to order me Darioush and Krupp brothers. Also has top notch, hard to find bourbon in stock. 10/10.

If you are looking for a wine, liquor and spirits store in Palm Beach County save yourself some time and visit or call Scotti's. I have visited many similar stores and Scotti's is by far the most customer friendly and they have a wide selection, and even able to get hard to find wines upon request. Thank you Scotti's!
