Service was excellent.. attentive without being oppressive. Food was nothing special Even their signature Jamon appetizer was only ok. We couldn't identify the chefs signature in the dishes. Seemed fairly common. Some items a bit too cute. Like a poem with the bread. Most prices fair but not the $86 salt baked fish. And the ambience is very hotel dining room. Overly lit and very neutral. Wouldn't bother to return

I reserved an outdoor table but they tried to seat us inside. When I mentioned we wished to be outside there was a 20 minute wait. They eventually seated us in Siberia at the far end of the patio. They probably had to set up an extra table to accommodate us. It lacked the lush vibe of the other seating area. Our server, Paul very good. The food — not so exciting. The menu was lacking. A few fish dishes. One pasta dish and several pizzas. Pizzas? Oh well. The chef is partly Argentinian and there was a heavy meat presence not exactly geared for the tropics. I ordered the grouper with tandoori spices which I couldn't taste. The fish needed seasoning and it was rather dry. The usual heavy desserts —- mainly Italian— followed. Chocolate, profiteroles, mousse. Nothing citrus or fruity which was odd. I ordered the homemade coconut sherbet which was probably the best thing I had all night. Granted, I am spoiled living in Palm Beach half the year and having so many wonderful places to dine. But Flories Restaurant felt very hotel-like—-after all, it IS in the Four Seasons—-and not in a good way. I would say the food is average and the menu and execution uninspired. There are many better places in town to have a wonderful meal.

A delicious meal for a special occasion. The cocktail were very inventive and tasted great. We celebrated a birthday and got a sweet treat and our picture taken. I will not wait for my birthday to go back!

Service was less than desired at the price. Forgetful staff. I walked out with a most extravagant billing for a mediocre buffet brunch, 1 Bloody Mary which was not included along with a $50 glass of reopened rose champagne and 1 glass of wine. It pained me to extend a 20% gratitude as well as not having a consideration regarding the valet parking. I had asked for a price free menus for my guest which was never supplied after having asked for one 3X. I do not recommend the Four Seasons for any sort of pleasant dining experience. Caution. Beware!!!

Very clean smart design fitting of south Florida. Appetizers were a superb start. Cauliflower and octopus carpaccio both top drawer. The evening's special vegetable veloute with truffles was a truly comforting. The star for us though was the tuna tartare as this was one of the best we've had anywhere in our travels through Europe and the Caribbean. The spicy guacamole added a nice kick alongside. Finally, the chef's grandmother's bread was so unique and flavorful paired with lemon scented olive oil made from produce in the chef's garden in France. My wife had the grouper, nice but a bit under seasoned. My star however was the Veal Milanese, a great size with a sauce that I forgot the details on but showed unique subtle depth. Topped off with a truly light perfect Grand Marnier soufflé - so rich and airy. Cocktails were great also and the wine that we selected stood out as well. A truly Five star evening. Indulge!!!

When it came time to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary, I made good on a pledge to keep our “theme” of numerical destinations. While FS Nevis was a plan and we reviewed locales closer to Miami we elected a mid-week dinner at Florie's. From start to finish we were treated like royalty, with full acknowledgement of our special day extending to a surprise dessert treat. We even had leftovers boxed up, as we assumed portions would be “small.” That's inaccurate — they are what they are supposed to be but Americans assume big plates are the norm when spending a little more for an exceptional experience. After dining at RH ROOFTOP, I can say that's all about location while the food is very good but totally overpriced. And they have a $10 valet. So hooray FS Palm Beach for a very pleasant and joyous way to celebrate our 4th at the Four Seasons. Recommended: Wagyu filet, the passion fruit cocktail, clams, pistachio cannoli

We had high expectations in advance of our reservation based on previous dining experiences at other Four Seasons hotels. Our server appeared to be taking care of too many tables as he wasn't very attentive. Our apps did arrive quickly after being ordered. We were advised that they were out of the agnolotti and salt encrusted Dorade ( apparently they only had two dorade to start the evening). We waited forever for our entrees to arrive as our waiter kept apologizing for the delay. My wife's snapper was overcooked and sent back, however my grouper was properly cooked. We ended up canceling her fish as it was getting late. Dessert was offered by the manager which was nice , however the evening was not what we had expected and hoped for as it was my wife's 60th birthday

Came for NYE dinner Was sat outside to prepare the table but forgotten entirely (no drinks brought, no one came to bring us to our table for about 25min) Finally asked to be seated and again, forgotten. They poured wine, but did not serve first course for another 40 minutes. The food was sub-par, at best. Gooey langoustine, very fishy sea bass. We left after third course. Highly disappointed, especially for the cost.

Our servers were absolutely amazing. So friendly and genuinely kind. The food we had was subpar for the price. We had grouper and red snapper. Not bad but not really good, especially for the price tag.

We try to enjoy Florie's Sunday brunch once a quarter. This time was perfectly executed with lots of great attention from Diana our server and some inside info shared by the kitchen on the dishes we loved most. Can't wait to book another visit in March!!

Just a great place - all servers are well trained, are so pleasant to talk to - the rustic bread starter is fabulous and the cocktails superb. Don't know how many times they need to redo that bar but come on - get it open allready!

We experienced the lavish Thanksgiving Buffet and it was spectacular! Cocktail bites, fresh seafood bar, appetizer station, hot buffet featuring turkey with all the fixings plus roast lamb and fish. The best part, especially for the children who were there with their families, was an entire dessert room, filled with cakes, pies, macarons, gelato, a candy station and so much more. The service was great, and they were packed when we arrived for our 5pm reservation...no waiting! Special shout-out to our server Felipe, who was courteous, professional and attentive. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant in the Four Seasons Palm Beach.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights, and could not have had a better experience. We extended one day because we did not want to leave! The hotel is the perfect size and conveniently located on the beach, so that everything is quick and easy to get to. The service was top notch, and every staff member went above and beyond. We experienced great service both poolside and beach side, being waited on constantly. Everything from moving our umbrellas for shade throughout the day, call service buttons left on the tables, and little added touches like cleaning our sunglasses and samples of drinks and snacks. We were honestly blown away everyday!! The poolside gelato cart was a special treat. Every meal was delicious and could be personalized however you wanted. The room was very spacious, bed was beyond comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. All the amenities were outstanding-- gym and spa area, complimentary car to take you nearby, and all of the housekeeping services were exceptional. We will 100% be coming back here!! Special shout out to Cristhiano in the bar, Nick and Phil at the front desk, Kevin at the pool/beach, the house car driver and all the bell men. Everyone was SO lovely!!

Very disappointed. The service was horrible. They served the main before the salad. And the staff literally walked up constantly right in the middle of a deep conversation. My date and I actually burst out laughing the last time since it got so comical. The food was okay. I had the mahi mahi which was fine but no gastro experience. My date just had a salad, so not much could go wrong there. Unfortunately I didn't get to have the beet carpaccio since it came after my fish. It looked great, but I can't tell you how it tasted. That was a one and done for me.
