As in an example I came into her and told her that I was tired of my old flavored vape. Because she's gotten to know me she picked out another flavor. She was correct I loved it. I came back today and bought several more of the same flavor and was happy to see her behind the counter. Truly a great shop and the service from her is like an expertise in learning about what her customers want.”

Not having much experience, staff were super helpful. I bought a half dozen medium bodied larger cigars and was quite impressed.”

“A nice (& fun) piano/cigar bar. I was visiting from out of town and my hotel was nearby on PGA Blvd. I went by myself at 11:30pm on Saturday night and the place was packed (in a good way). Seems like a lot of regulars, couples, and more women patrons than you’d usually find at a cigar bar. The staff is friendly and the house pianist/vocalist/entertainer John was awesome- I mean REALLY great. He has apparently been there for years. He also had a few phenomenal guest singers (local pros who stop by after their gigs). A nice bar with all my favorite cigars. It’s loud, but they do have a nice outdoor patio with seating if you need to escape the volume. I had a great time and will definitely return on my next visit to WPB. HIGHLY recommended! Bring your wallet. ????”

The only vape shop that I’ve gone to since I moved down here in 2020. Once I tried to go somewhere else and it didn’t compare! Plus they have great deals! 2 high quality vape juices for $30. I’m here either every week or every other week. Love this place!”
“I recently needed a gift of a hard to find bottle of bourbon. Joe was amazing! He found it within an hour and quickly got back to me. When I arrived to this charming shop to pick it up it was gift wrapped in a cute bag and ribbon too. I call that exceptional customer service. Something I think you wouldn’t get with a big box store.
