The UPS Store at The Royal Ponciana Plaza has the friendliest staff who offer highly professional service. It is always a pleasure to send packages from this store. It is always a very pleasant experience at this location! I highly recommend.

Be mindful when choosing this particular location. An employee yelled at me in the middle of this store because my print order was larger than he expected. We spoke on the phone twice and over email to confirm the order. It was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience I have ever had in a commercial establishment. The manager refused to call me back to discuss the matter. When I asked to contact the owner I was given the generic store email. I brought in over $1k in business and in turn got yelled at for 20 minutes. Their only consolation was the opportunity to spend more money with them but at a discount.

Nobody works 2 hours before closing. Skipped work just to make it 2 hours early and not a single human was in the entire building. Even saw they missed multiple fedex packages due to no one being on shift.

The employees at this location are OVER THE TOP in kindness and in service… CONSISTENTLY. To the point where I come here even when something requires to go out via fedex, I’ll still come here to get the boxing done. Alfred, Andrew, and the girl are just so so sooo nice. I hope this UPS stays this way forever and these employees are greatly rewarded because I see them even changing other customers days just based on their positivity. UPS.. you should send corporate down here to see how they run.

We are not from the area and needed to ship some belongings back home to NY. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the process super easy! We thought it was going to be stressful because we had a lot of boxes and some items that we weren’t sure how to pack up to ship. Thank you!!

First time I was there to return ATT equipment.Some issues with the ATT returns on the computer.Andrew assured me it will be sent out and texted me the proof.Great employee great and dedicated and polite gentlemen.
