The service at this post office is unacceptable. Clerk Mike refused to help me and had me doing his job while assisting no one and just scrolling on his phone even as five customers came in after me. He simply didn’t want to bother to help them and just straight out said no to them. I am socked this is happening and management has not done anything about this. The staff overall does the bare minimum, and it shows. If you live on the Island, save yourself the frustration and go to another location where you’ll at least be treated with basic respect and people will do their job.

One of a kind—welcoming, supportive, and caring, with a true sense of community. Impeccably clean and well-organized.
We encountered a small complication (entirely our fault), and the staff took the extra time and effort to help us resolve an issue that by no means was their problem. Even beyond our personal experience, this place truly stands out—well above standard in both organization and helpfulness.

Joel was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. However, it would be beneficial for the customer if more processes could be handled in the office to avoid relying on USPS Clematis, as the service there is consistently poor.

So, on the USPS website it says they are open until 6. And that they receive mail in their Dropbox 24/7. This is wrong.I drove all the way there for it to be locked. Some lady was walking out, and I said, Um the official website said 6 o'clock.And she said, Oh, no... it's 5.Don't bother trusting their location.

The Woman at the Customer Service Desk was not friendly courteous or helpful. She was on a personal phone call on her head set and was more interested in the conversation than taking came of her customer with any kind of respect. I will never visit this facility again.

The employees at this location are beyond helpful and so nice to work with. I continue to use this location for them. With that said, the boss/postmaster Valerie is the absolute WORST- I have now had multiple occasions where she went out of her way to make it impossible for me to get my mail or packages. As someone who is constantly traveling for my job, my ability to pick up mail is very limited and to have someone make it more difficult for me is upsetting.
