Something sad to see is how many of the lower star reviews receive the EXACT SAME MESSAGE about contacting customer services. This shop clearly doesn't care that much. They feel it is a waste of time to give you a personalized response to your reviews.I was thinking of stopping by to get some jewelry for myself and my family, but clearly they won't care about me if they don't care enough for others' experience.

Was only shown one bracelet, even though i mentioned i wanted to see acouple to compare with each other. The lady mentioned she would follow up with me, sending some pictures and info. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Very quiet and dry environment. No fun or passion at all. I didn’t feel like I was in luxury, I felt like I was being treated like a customer in walmart. Only told about prices and colors. No depth, no passion. I could sell the Vintage Alhambra better than they can.

I went here already, knowing what I was looking for. I just wanted to see it in person and try it on. They keep the door locked when they opened it. A woman asked if she could help me and I told her I was looking for an Alhambra bracelet. She had somebody else come over to help me and they told me the only stuff they had, was what was out on display and wouldn’t offer to order anything for me.In fact, the advice she did gave me was in accurate according to the 877 eboutique number, as well as the store in Miami. The Miami was very helpful and I wound up ordering my bracelet from Maryna in Miami.Do better Van Cleef !!

I do not normally like to leave a bad review, especially for such a high end store but the treatment I received here did not live up to what I would expect from Van Cleef. I called the 877-826-2533 e boutique # before visiting the store as the store was about a 40 minute drive. I knew I wanted an Alhambra bracelet and was inquiring on the 877 # some questions before heading to the store.I got to the store mostly knowing what I wanted and the door was locked, but a man opened it for me. I had a woman come up to me and I let her know I wanted to shop for and look at a few Alhambra bracelets as well as their new Ladybug bracelet. She sent another woman out to help me and told me that the only Alhambra bracelets that they had were the ones they had out on display with the diamonds and they were out of stock on all the other ones.She then brought over the ladybug bracelet because that was in the display case, and I knew that was in stock, and I tried it on. I was not crazy about it as I really wanted the Alhambra in blue, white MOP or another color I can not think of the name. She even went on to tell me that the ladybug could not get wet and could not even get hand lotion on the ladybug or it would ruin it (something the e boutique and Miami store told me was not accurate)She did not offer to order anything for me, and did not offer me any advice at all and was quick to be dismissive . As I am walking out I see the other woman over there with ladies drinking champagne and I was not even offered a glass of water. I get offered water at a bare minimum at any high end store I walk into.I called the 877-826-2533 e boutique on my way home and they put me in touch with a lovely woman names Maryna from Miami Design District who took the time to talk with me, send me photos of the colors available (or available to order as they have some out of stock) and emailed me a link to pay for it all within 5 minutes of the call.Someone from corporate should really look into how this store handles some of their walk ins.I had on yoga pants and a t shirt and certainly felt judged.

Extremely PREJUDICE! I have had not one but two horrific encounters at this location, and it seems as though it’s because of my race. Because I sound like a white woman over the phone when I inquire about certain items being in stock I’m told they are in stock and when I come into the store the very same day 30 mins later all of a sudden said items are no longer in stock this type of situation happened twice . Also, I purchased a vintage mother of pearl necklace from the Bal Harbour location and had a wonderful pleasant experience but was not satisfied with my mother of pearl stone so I went to this store location to exchange it out and long story short the disgruntled employee did not want to process my exchange and was annoyed and upset about it so he intentionally entangled my new necklace and created knots in the chain!

I wish I could leave a proper review, but I can't, as they wouldn't allow me in the door. The security guard who was on the other side of the locked glass door looked frustrated that he even had to glance up at me. Apparently he was too busy staring at the beautiful ladies inside. I had to look through the glass door and mouth "are you open." He looks at the female employee who proceeds to look me up and down, then tells him no. He then waves his head no and turns his back to me and walks away. How pretentious. I was dressed in business attire, and was looking to make a purchase. I could afford anything they sell in their store. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were closed for an event, but after shopping at Saks and walking back 30 minutes later, I saw him open the door for a couple other ladies. Even if there was some sort of misunderstanding, there wasn't a common courtesy of coming outside and letting me know. Poor customer service from what I can see. I'll be happy to pick up an engagement ring at Tiffany's instead.

The staff was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Our purchase was seamless. The offering of water (regular or sparkling) along with chocolates, was a nice touch. Very nice experience. We will return.

I have bought 3 pieces from Van Cleef in Palm Beach and have worked with Paula Lauro. She's absolutely amazing! Her customer service is fantastic. She has been so courteous and honest with me to help guide me with which pieces to buy. There have been numerous texts and questions from me and she always made me feel that each text and question was valid and gave me her full attention, which I truly appreciated. She never made me feel that I was bothering her or wasting her time. I would highly recommend working with her if you visit Van Cleef in Palm Beach.

Got a bracelet for Christmas & made an appointment for New Years Day at 1:00pm. Get to the palm beach location, and it was is closed. If it was closed, then why did they have this appointment day & time an option for me to choose from? Unacceptable.
