Julia again saves the day!! We recently switched to AT&T and Julia walked me thru setting up the system for our house with patience and ease. Today I deleted a traveling e-sim after returning from Europe and my phone thought it was on our former plan, and therefore in SOS mode. I walked into the AT&T store at 11:02 and Julie had my phone back on the correct network and resolved the issue so it doesn’t repeat with future travel. I walked out at 11:10. Thank you Julia for your professionalism and patience.

Went in after we stopped at goodwill just to get a quote on adding my girlfriend to my plan and getting her a new phone and we actually ended up walking out with the new phone and her on my plan thanks to Zach he was extremely helpful and explained everything to us and answered all my questions without dodging any and it was super refreshing to have service like that especially from this company cause I have had numerous bad interactions with some AT&T employees. Not today tho we walked in and were greeted right away by both Zach and Jaylene and we even received a compliment from Jaylene and enjoyed some small talk with her before getting down to business with Zach. I told him right away I just wanted a quote and he never pressured us but he did ask us why we just wanted the quote and I was like cause I don’t got money to buy it right now to be honest and I wanted to be prepared for when I did wanna buy it and he totally understood and informed me of the fees and payments. They were actually a lot cheaper then I thought it was and we ended up going thru with it and my girlfriend got to keep her phone number which was awesome cause she was coming from a different phone service and we thought you had to get a new number when you get a new service provider. This was probably the best in person service I’ve received from AT&T and I’ll definitely be coming to this location for future assistance/purchases.

Jaylin came to my house to advise that fiber was finally available. Since I wasn’t home I asked to call me in a few days. She called me in a few days and was a pleasure to speak with over the phone. Great customer service and was able to answer all my questions! Call only took 20 minutes and she set up my appointment for installation with in a week! Thank you for all your help!! Give her a raise! God Bless you!

The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. But there were quite a few customers behind me that were coming to either try to cancel their service or we're very unhappy with AT&T. I was moving from Verizon over to AT&T and I find that the service and customer service is nowhere near as good as Verizon. Today when I try to use hotspot, I realize that it's no longer available on my phone. I stopped by AT&T and they said I didn't have that plan. I thought they would've either sold it to me or told me that was an add-on at that time. I've now been on hold with AT&T and they're telling me it's going to be another hour before somebody can help me. Definitely regretting my move.

Julia is the most patient and competent associate i have ever met. she was helping 3 people at the same time and answering the phone. she was patient, kind, informative and took care of my issues. she was easy to understand and explained things clearly. i think you should
give her a raise!!!
