“Absolutely excellent team at this location! Luckily my car broke down right across the street from this place and I was able to get it to the parking lot. I went inside to ask for help and Dana came outside to take a look under my hood and tell me that it was my serpentine belt that came off.
I decided to purchase the belt along with the proper tools to do the job.
While I tried many times to loosen up the nut for that I could not, Dana came outside again to try to help me. Then Mike the manager did as well. Both gentlemen really tried to help me but unfortunately it was just too tight.
They did provide me information for a mobile mechanic who could come later in the evening.
But I really want to thank the entire team… everyone on shift checked on me and my daughter multiple times while were outside trying to fix and making many calls to different mechanics, even offered my little one water and talked about cars to her.
Everyone here was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!”
“I was trying to take my 2 & 4 year old to the doctor when I found out my battery was dead. I got a jump and drove to o’rellys. I barely was in the door and explained my kids were in the car and asked for help. They immediately helped me and even gave my kids toys to play with while they were waiting. They just got a life long customer and pizza is being sent to them for lunch!! Thank you guys again!”
