This is the only place I will get my tires and service done. Thank you Mike and Charlie for taking great care of me. I really appreciate you taking me at the end of the day and made sure I was going to be able to get home safe. My car is running the best it ever has and I also need to mention that I saw them treat some elderly customers with such kindness and respect. You renewed my faith in humanity and I’m glad I asked around at work as you who I should call. You guys are doing a great job there and I’ll be back again when I need it and I’ll recommend your family run business to everyone I know. Thanks again I am truly satisfied and happy I got to meet you both. I wish you all good health ! This place is awesome!

Great team. I've bought tires here for almost 10 years.
I buy what the road hazard package at all times, and I get my tires rotated and balanced. My tires last at least 3-4 years. Good year, Eagle sport all season tires.

Recently moving here from the Northeast I hadn’t expected my truck to alert me this morning that on 3/4 of my tires, they were “ALERT-WISE” low. I thought something was really wrong with my tires! I mean, it’s cold…but not that cold! Still learning. Anyway, I found a Good Year on Martin Downs Blvd and THEO came over and helped me out. Not only was he knowledgeable, showing me where optimal tire pressure measurements were located on the inside of my driver’s side door, he was also friendly, funny and kind! Where does this happen in the world? Showing aptitude AND being nice is KEY!

I went in the other day to have my car looked at and as I pulled in my belt broke and shot fluid all over the car and I originally called to have it. The power steering checked and the guy when I got there was so negative about what was wrong with my car and then wanted to charge me to look at it. I have been there many times and the people that were there before this gentleman were awesome. I ended up having my car towed and taken to another place because the guy was very negative and very overwhelming. When it came to looking at my car and said something was wrong with it that actually wasn't wrong with it before he even had a mechanic look at it. I will not be back and I've gone there for years but I will not go back

At around 4:30 I noticed a screw in my tire attempted to call several places with no luck, and was driving by their shop (4:42pm) when I called them to ask if they could take a look at it, and I knew they closed at 5:30 even so
they said yes to bring it in to check it out, (4:45) pulled in and within five minutes they were already taking a look, said they could patch it up and were done by 5:10 and they didn’t even charge me, of course I tipped the guy who performed the service, honestly was surprised with how great and efficiently they fixed my tire, would definitely recommend!

Mike was so accommodating, thorough and courteous through the whole process. I needed an oil change and a single tire replaced. He made sure to pre-order the oil filter for my Volvo so he’d be prepared for the appointment. The way the treated and handled not only myself but the other customers that I saw while waiting was outstanding. This is our go-to shop! Thank you for a great experience!
