Sent two emails with my normal no luck. Called and dealt with a very friendly lady. TIP if remove it from a rv the screws don't need more than 2 turns at most.

What a wonderful, gracious business operation. So impressed. Met at the door, out of warranty work done for a great price. Got me up and running again. They make some fantastic products. You can buy on Amazon, and soon at Walmart.

Such a great addition to our RV!! Having a central vac with the toe kick option is game changer when camping. Just sweep everything right to the toe kick! Highly recommend!!
