“I had a medical procedure that getting up to the standing position was an issue. I wasn’t sure if I really needed to rent a chair and at the last minute o decided I must have one. I called just 1 week before my surgery to order and have delivered, the recliner/lift chair. They were all sold out BUT, the owner put a rush in a brand new chair just for me. It was delivered the day I had my surgery!! It was a complete life saver, I slept in it for 2 week and used it allows me to have some independence. I’m only 54 years old and it helped me with my recovery so much faster by allowing me to be comfortable in all positions even sleeping!! . I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Medical Equipment Specialist. “Recently needed a pair of crutches and the clinic isn’t allowed to issue them. We stopped in TCM for a recommendation. She apologized that they wouldn’t file insurance or Medicare paperwork but they had crutches much to our surprise. A very nice aluminum set AND fully adjustable for $22!! SOLD!. Very nice helpful staff. Check them out for all of your mobility needs.”

She was professional and so wonderfully personable. She just made my day and my opinion of Wellstart Medical is very positive. “I first came to use Perkins when I needed connectors for my oxygen lines and the company i got my oxygen through was out of them and would not have them for at least a month. They were the only medical supply company that would sell them to me since i was not getting my supplies from them. That was a big plus for me. This year I switched to a Medicare Advantage Plan where Perkins is in Network. I called after the hospital called in the script for my oxygen and a new hospital bed. I spoke with John at the Vero Beach location and he explain what the script for the bed had to have on it and what was needed to make the whole process easier. Unlike all of the other companies I had my oxygen three days after it was received in their office. The same day that the oxygen was delivered I had an issue with part of the equipment and they were out with a replacement in less than 30 minutes of the time I called. Never had that level of service. Last Friday I received the bed and there was a issue and I called today and spoke with them and they were at my house and had the repair, was a minor 5 minute fix, done by 12:30. This was another first. I would recommend them in a heart beat and love the service. It is nice to find a medical supply company that treats you as a human rather than a cash maker.”

“We have been ordering ileostomy supplies for 3 years. ABC has always called us when our 90-day supply is due to be re-ordered. If we aren't home, they leave a message, as well as call us the next day. Always friendly and helpful, and orders are shipped promptly.”
“Have not had a problem with getting my breathing meds but would like to know when they are being shipped so I can be home as they are packed in ice. Sometimes I have to go to the post office to get it and the ice is melted. How about an email like Express does.”
“I placed an order on Oct 22, it is now Nov 18, no supplies sent. I have called only to get answering machine that say's they are overwhelmed with calls and to leave a call back number, well, I've done that 4 times now and still no return call. Ok, it is Nov 23, finally received my order, but only after a month of making phone calls to Liberator and my doctor. The prescription was the problem, it had to be filled out to the correct specifications for Medicare to accept it. My problem with Liberator is they need to be more specific when communicating with the doctor, as far as how to fill out the form. They did overnight my order after such a long , frustrating month, I appreciate that, so I've given them 3 stars instead of 1. I hope I won't have the same problem next order. Edit previous review, it's been a while since this review, but it seems the service is getting better. Phone calls are answered quickly and orders received quicker. so I'm giving them 4 stars, just hope the service continues to get better.”
