The customer service reps are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, 1-2 minute wait on hold if any at all, they check in monthly to see if you’re good with supplies for the next 30 days and the whole shipping process is right on time. I was recently up for a new pump after 4 years and was initially told I had to go through certain companies with my insurance for my pump and supplies. Not true. I should have called Wellstart to ask if they could get the pump for me as I had already been getting my pump supplies and Dexcom sensors from them. After an extremely frustrating experience with another company over 5 weeks, I called Wellstart and was told I definitely could get my pump through them and already had my new pump delivered today. A huge special thank you to Monica who made sure this was a seamless process, explained everything about my insurance and kept me up to date on the status of my order every 4 days! Amazing company!”

I stopped by their business one day, not knowing they work by appt. only. However, Jenee graciously welcomed me in and listened to what my mothers mobility needs were. I learned more from Jenee in the 30 minutes I was there, than I did in a previous medical supply company I visited. We set up an appt. for them to assess my mother in her home for the appropriate power wheelchair. Jenee, Julio and Jeff were so kind towards my mother and I. They assessed and customized a power wheelchair to accommodate my mothers specific needs. Jenee submitted the insurance documents to Medicare and made the entire experience seamless for us.

“I am a Physician and I deal with many health care providers and their associated organizations. I like to give credit to those that rise above the others and deserve to be recognized. I went to Lincare in Stuart yesterday to pick up my new CPAP machine and to be fitted for a new face mask. Julie, a Respiratory Therapist, oriented me and she did a comprehensive phenomenal job. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and she anticipated all the questions I could have asked . She made sure I fully understood all aspects of my new machine . She also stressed that in order for Medicare to continue allowing me to use it I had to have a minimum of 70% of usage over the first 90 days . I totally agree with this too. I left confident I made the correct decision and likewise happy I had such a consummate and patient professional like Julie teaching me everything I needed to know. She is a 5/5 star provider.”

“We just want to give a tremendous shout out to Jason Favors of Teko Technicians! We had been fighting an issue with the oxygen & air lines on our neonatal transport isolette. I was convinced it was the blender; my partner was convinced it was the regulators. We were unable to solve the issue at our home base. After speaking with Jason, we transported the entire transporter to his shop. He ultimately performed an entire overhaul of the entire delivery system, from the regulators to the blender and everything in between! We were so impressed, we asked him if he could examine the rest of the isolette. Issues were found and immediately repaired. Jason kept us informed on every step he took before and after repairs, so that we could see what he found, get approval to repair, and followed up with the final product/work. Jason exhibited excellent customer service and communication skills, which included phone calls, pictures via text and video chats. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the final product and will be sending our future repairs & PMI needs to their shop. Thank you, Jason, for all you did for us at Air Medical Charters!
