Love the Palm City Quest!!! I was in and out and literally pulling out of the plaza to go home within two minutes of my appointment time. I had a great technician, very personable even at 7 am in the morning! No pain, no problems, no bruise, wish I could say that everywhere i go.

Absolutely terrible experience. My little brother, who is by all accounts a very happy and good-natured boy, left the office screaming in pain. They tried both arms repeatedly, and after hurting him, told us that there was nothing they could do and that we would have to get his blood taken somewhere else. They continued to dig around trying to get a vain until he screamed. He never has any issues at the doctor or dentist with shots or anything, so I found this experience deeply disturbing.

My experience is that Quest is very organized, efficient, has a short wait time, and the phlebotomist is very nice, knowledgeable, and drew my blood quickly and proficiently.

Angel was the best tech we have ever had. My son has been afraid of blood draws and Angel made him feel so comfortable. This was the first draw we have had without tears.

This is my first time at quest and was in and out. I worked with Shawna and she is absolutely amazing!!! I’m a big baby when it comes to getting blood work and I don’t know how she did it but she did it & got what she needed from me through all panicking. I hope I can request her in the future and establish a relationship with her in hopes that it’ll make me more calm.

Person asked to charge $160 on credit card for a normal blood draw, under Medicare Part D. Aborted using Quest, went to Cleveland Clinic with no issue. Money grab.

I just have to say that Mary was amazing. I could not be more impressed with my last visit my appointment was for 840 they saw me at 841. I am usually a difficult stick that at times I've required a VAT consult and this was such a pain free and easy experience. She was extremely friendly, and highly skilled. I recommend this location and Mary to anyone. They have even been amazing getting blood work for my young toddlers.
