I rented 3 storage units at I-Storage in Palm City and was extremely impressed with the office staff, especially Katie. She was always very helpful, caring and supportive. Katie always had a smile on her face which helped brighten up a stressful day. She is the most polite, positive and caring managers I have ever dealt with. I have had a storage unit for about 10 years at iStorage and never had a problem there. I downsized my unit once and the move went smoothly. When I have gone into the office for help I have always been met by pleasant and professional staff. Highly recommend this location.
