My new floating lift integrated wonderfully with my existing floating dock. Couldn’t be happier with Jeremy, and his installers. My overall experience is the way business should be done. I should probably put a sign for Tidewater on my dock and become dealer!

Very pleased with the quality of the lift. I purchased a 25k lb capacity tiderider and it is truly state of the art. It lifts and lowers the boat quickly and smoothly. The generous size walkways are ideal for access down both sides of the boat. Jeremy has been very helpful with any questions I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the brand new TideRider boat lift! I'm a charter boat captain in the Florida Keys and my family owns Bud n' Mary's Marina. We are serious about taking care of our equipment. I had the previous Harbor Hoist lift from Jeremy and Tidewater Marine Products and that lift has been great for over 5 years with no issues! My boat was a little heavy on that lift as it was rated for 4400 lbs and the lift had a top on it as well, so some of the metal framing ended up sitting in the water, but after 5 years there are only a few small areas of corrosion. So in another 5 years we may replace a few cross bars out of an abundance of caution, but that is a long time in the elements of saltwater. This lift has also been through multiple tropical storms and winds up to 70 mph and the top is still in great shape.
This time we upgraded and went with the 9000lb lift and the design of the new lift and the added tanks lift the boat and frame completely out of the water! The lift also has wireless FOBS and a phone app to control it, so you can lift it out of the water when you use the boat and not have to leave it in the water at all. I'm likely going to add a top at some point too, Jeremy tells me the new tops are much easier to take on/off and lighter weight. There is also a nice slide bar to add components to the lift if you wanted to add a hose rack, cleaning table, trash can holder, or whatever you could think of.
Installation went smooth and Jeremy has always been quick to respond if I've had any questions. It makes me sleep well at night knowing my livelihood is sitting on tidewater marine products equipment, and makes dropping the boats in a breeze. My recommendation is to err on the side of caution when you are looking at weight requirements and overbuild your lift a bit - all those things add up fuel, ice chests, gear, and eventual scum buildup on the tanks of the lift.

I used Tidewater Marine Products and have always been impressed with the service. We recently added an extra tank to the lift to bring the boat further up out of the water. Jeremy's guys came out as promised and did the install very professionally

Absolutely love the lift. So simple to use and very well built. The contractor that installed the lift (Andrew) was also amazing and was able to get the lift built out over a saturday and sunday to help with a time crunch for when my boat had to be moved from another location. Very happy I chose this product.

Still waiting for Chuck to finish the lift after over 8 months. Rails are not bolted properly, controller upgrade never installed per contract, repair of spliced hoses, one of the rollers damaged, etc..

When you are in the market for a floating dock, you know it is a BIG investment. Every boat is different and the construction of the floating dock is fairly rigid. That means you will need to find an agent that is willing to work with you on the adjustments needed for you boat, and that takes time. Taking in mind the recent hurricane here is Florida, it makes problems even more complicated. Thats why Jeremy Gerber and his family company is the place you should go to first. We bought our floating dock just before Ian and had alot of adjustment issues. Jeremy responded immediately, sent over help, worked and work until we got it right.
