Came directly here after angrily leaving the USPS in Port Salerno, and the experience couldn’t have been more different. The staff at Palm City were friendly, helpful, and efficient — exactly what you hope for when visiting a post office.
This branch should honestly train every employee at the Port Salerno location on how to treat customers with basic respect. They had everything stocked, answered my questions without attitude, and got me in and out quickly.
This will be my new go-to USPS from now on.

My mail keeps getting placed in my neighbor's mailbox, and I keep getting her mail.
I get alerts via USPS Informed Mail app of mail scheduled to arrive and I never get it. I called to complain about important mail I never received, and was asked to file a complaint, but nothing got fixed. I went into the office to express my concerns about the mail I am not receiving and was basically told there's nothing they can do, I'd have to call and file another complaint, in the meantime my mail keeps getting misplaced/misrouted.
