The atmosphere is inviting and easy to find what you may be looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with knowledgeable team members giving creative cocktail suggestions. However, experiences can vary, with some staff being less hands-on in helping locate specific products. A significant drawback noted is the parking situation at some locations, described as ridiculous, with a lot that is far too small and difficult to properly access, although the store is visible from the road. Traffic in the area is also noted as terrible. Despite this, the store provides a good option for quality products, meaning customers no longer need to travel far for many items they wish to purchase.
I went in for marsala wine with my 2 babies and was immediately helped by 3 different employees to get exactly what I wanted. Very friendly and helpful staff.
