It is difficult to even know where to begin. 1 star is not a low enough rating. It has been a very long journey with Aspen Dental, I have had the misfortune of experiencing the most unprofessional, ill organized, negligent and disrepectful staff members. The over all lack of documentation and inaccuracy is flabbergasting. Let alone the failure to follow though and follow up. Recently I had broken a tooth off of my denture plate, the contract for the package I purchased states the warrenty time period of 7 years begins the date the finals are delivered. I received my final top plate early 2021, assuming my warranty would be upheld I went to the Palm Coast Aspen office ( the location of where I received the final) all to be told my records were lost in a blip and my warranty had expired (2021 to 2024 is 7years now??). The staff was not able to give me any explanation for the nonsense I was being told. I tried to explain multiple times why the information is incorrect. The office manager did not speak to me at all, I was asked by the front receptionist if I had any PROOF ?!?! YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER BASED ESTABLISHMENT, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE PROOF! I was treated like a liar, like I was trying to take advantage. Humiliating!! I simply wanted the services l already paid for and instead I was dismissed as an inconvenience. If is was not for the fact that I had already purchased the comfylite package before seeing the depth of incompetence I would ran from this place. If you dare so choose to be a customer of Aspen dental. Heads up you need to document any and all interaction with any staff, be sure to note dates, times,the dentist who saw you and all staff members and all that was completed, discussed and planned on every visit. I advised you get something in writing at the end of every visit as well. I say this due to the multiple visits I have had only to arrive and they had no record of the previous visit and what the next step was in my care plan. My next tip stock up on Tylenol, your going to need it for the headache this Aspen Dental office will cause.

Place was nice. Service was definitely beyond impressive for the service I received. Seemed fair except for the sticker shock for the services to be performed. Plus why can't a dentist just do as you ask. Don't liked being upselled for services

My daughter visited them and told me about her experience. She liked them very much. So I made my first appointment and the result, I was quite pleased with everything. Friendly and professional. I have read some negative reviews where it was stated Aspen only wants to make money. Well when I first read the website intentions it outlines clearly what they do on the initial visit. They mapped out for me what I needed, what was crucial and what was minor. They do show you the insurance versus out of pocket costs in advance. That did not mean I was obligated. You have the choice to have your issues resolved based on your needs. So looking beyond that I am very pleased with Aspen, it's staff at the Palm Coast location the experience and professionalism. It's called patient care and healthcare. What more can you ask for.
