the palm coast store is by far the best customer service Margaret went above and beyond to help me with my phone even though i was from out of state she taken the time to get me fixed up and on my way

Waste of time. I scheduled an appointment to switch out a watch that I purchased, when I arrived, the store was closed so I scheduled another appointment. When I arrived the technician could not assist and said if I returned the next day, the store manager would be able to assist me with the exchange and would be able to wave the restocking fee. The next day I went back and was told that they could not help me, that I had to exchange the watch online even though online support advised me that I could do everything in store. Very frustrating.

I can’t believe this place has so many positive reviews. Makes me wonder if they are fake. They were just horrible to deal with. Did you know if you need a phone you can just call AT&T? They will send it directly to your home. Absolutely no need to waste your time at the store.
Also AT&T is pretty shady in general. Check your itemized bill. My wife started a new line on my account but brought an old phone she had. They were charging her 17 dollars a month for insurance without telling us. Also they were changing me 5 dollars a month for early upgrade, but I had no clue. Turns out they just put stuff like that on your bill without telling you because most people don’t look. You can cancel at anytime by calling. I would cancel service all together but it’s the only one that works where I live 🤷. I hear Verizon’s is pretty good if you are in their zone.

My husband and I went to this location to upgrade our phones (2). We were lucky to have Jeremy assist us in this transition. The difference between our old and new phones was huge and Jeremy helped us with patience and understanding. He helped us pick the best plan and even went to our vehicle to help connect our new phones. He went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful! Customer service is a real priority at this location. All the staff there are kind and truly work together as a team.
