Poor service. Walked in to purchase 3 new phones, long time customer. No service 2 different days. Walked out with no purchase. Lost at least my sale twice plus all the other people who have walked out due to lack of service. At $1200 a per phone you’d think they’d want the sale.

They take advantage of people who have passed away and try to steal as much money from there family's estate after death, even after charging a elderly couple for a phone line for 16 months that they never used ,nor were they aware they had the phone line ,there lowlife scum crooks and should not be in buisness

Worst experience Ive had in a long time. The manager who's name I don't know because she never introduce herself to me has absolutely no customer service skills at all. In fact she's quite the bully. She said that I was harassing her salesman and that it was her way or the highway. I left there feeling horrible. Its not the first bad experience that I've had in that store within the last month and I won't be going back. I had planned on upgrading my phone and possible switching my internet service but they've lost that sale.

Sorely disappointed with this experience.
I now reminisce the days that even though their branch corporate stores were far away, you would travel to it because they were well versed and knew the differences and pros/cons of each brand of phone. They were well-versed in the different plans, too. They were the gurus of AT&T products and services.
We knew that the AT&T resellers (Radio Shack, Sam's Club, etc.) were conveniently located, which was, at best, okay, but we didn't get the same training as the AT&T branches.
I was looking between Samsung and Google Pixel. Nothing fancy. The salesperson said she only knew about iPhones. We asked if there was someone else available who might know, and she looked at us and ignored our request.
The more she talked, the more we realized this person was clueless.
We purchased one at Sam's Club and had it the next day.
I vote they take the folks at Sam's Club and place them in the Corporate Branch store. Just saying.

Buyer beware and don't bundle. Physically, this is a very nice store with friendly staff. That's the last good thing I'll say about this store. Everytime I deal with ATT I feel swindled. Here is the latest example. I went into this store to switch from Spectrum to ATT Internet, Mobile Phone, and Direct TV. The salesman assured me I would have huge savings. WRONG. The mobile phone was supposed to be two-lines for $80.00, already high in price. But I was told that if I bundled, there would be huge savings. My first mobile bill was $130.00. WHAT? I didn't read the microscopic print about taxes, fees, etc. I immediately left ATT for another provider. I also want to mention that once the SR 100 Store makes a sale they abandon you and are not there to help. Each time I had an issue they told me to call customer service. My next BIG PROBLEM was with Direct TV. I signed up, again as a bundle. I had Direct TV for two weeks and then they cancelled ESPN and ABC, because of a contract dispute with Disney, so I couldn't watch the U.S. Open. So I decided to cancel Direct TV. Now get this: I called customer service and they told me there would be a $500.00, I said FIVE-HUNDRED DOLLAR, cancellation fee. Are they nuts? The agent told me I had taken a two year contract in the store and that to cancel after two weeks there is this $500.00 fee. When did I take a contract and what happened to the normal 30 day return window? The salesman never mentioned a contract to me. Again I felt I was being SCAMMED by ATT, with zero help or empathy from the store. In the end, I spoke with a second agent on the phone who was very kind and cancelled my service while dismissing the ridiculous cancellation fee. But get this - the kind woman I spoke with told me that next time I want Direct TV, simply go online and sign up yourself. Then there is no contract and it is month to month, like YouTube TV. Why wasn't I told this in the store? Why the heck would I take a two-year contract and lock myself into something I may not like. Again, because the store wasn't transparent and in my opinion, rather dishonest, just to make a sale. Finally, I do like the fiber optic Internet. The installation was free (well for now - I'm sure I'll get a surprise bill from ATT somewhere down the line) and the technicians did a good job. I hope this helps anyone else in Palm Coast who is considering bundling with ATT and purchasing from the SR 100 store.
