Worked with a guy named Cecil and now my bill is more than he quoted and he did not tell me about activation fees! He smelled like he had been drinking so I'm not surprised at any of this.

This morning I went in to this store where I bought 2 phones and service two years ago. I questioned my recently billing with the subject in the photos. She was extremely rude and told me to F off when I continued questioning the bill. I am forwarding this to AT&T so they know what kind of authorized sellers they have.

Very disappointed in this store, and I used to love AT&T in general. I was mislead in getting an iPhone 14 Pro Max and was told there was an $700 trade in. I bought 3 accessories as well since they had a sale of 20% off I believe. Was rushed since the store was closing soon, but was told to take it home, transfer files, and I had 30 days to return old phone. When I went back to the store, lo and behold they would not honor the $700 trade in, and said it would only be $350 and I had to upgrade to an unlimited plan - which I wasn't told as well. They put it down to a new employee who didn't know, etc etc. I was told it was too late to return the phone since it was past 14 days. (Which I didn't want to do since I like the phone.) I complained and left the store and asked for the manager to call me. Alexis called and explained the situation and I told her I would think about what I wanted to do - whether I would keep the old phone or go ahead and turn it in for the upgrade for $350, but that I was very unsatisfied. Well, I called her back, and I texted her back. And I've been ghosted. I chalk it up to a $1200 lesson learned, the hard way. I type all of this to let all of my customers know and any people who read this to know too -- do not use this store, go somewhere else or another provider.

I stopped into the ATT corporate store in Bunnell to get a new IPHONE after receiving a defective one from an internet sales rep . Anthony was polite helpful and even saved me additional money on our bill .

I walked in to get some info on my bill and Cecil was trying to get me to change to a business account, I don't even have a business! The bill was more than he quoted but I'm not surprised, he was extremely unprofessional and RUDE...

Long wait to get answers about data plan. Upgraded plan and decided to get upgrade phone as well. Not in stock till end of month. Said upgrade on data would be in effect that day. This is a day later and no upgrade. Called att and spent over 1 hour but they could not rectify. And I am a retiree! ?

******Violation of the Federal Trade Commission ActSection 5: Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices*****On 10/3/22, I called At&t and spoke with Kayce for internet service. She told me about a cell phone promotion as well. Not only would they provide better service but match the bill. The price was 2 lines for $110/month and a $20/month credit due to us having our own devices, making the bill $90+tax/month total. I told her I purchased a new phone 3 weeks ago and the phone might be locked. She said if it's PAID OFF it will work. After double checking in her system, she was certain she could activate it. When she attempted to import my number, the call dropped, the phone locked, and I was left with no phone. I run a business, being away from my phone isn't a option. Kayce & the activation line tried to troubleshoot but was unable. I was instructed to go to multiple locations including my old provider which informed me, ATT owns my number and wouldn't give it back. ATT wanted me to buy a phone from them with no payment plan due to being a new customer. The next day I went into another location (5180 state Rte 100, PALM COAST, FL 32164) and spoke to Darrell a sales rep. He told me I was lied to by Kayce but he has a promotion that I would receive a free phone if I turned in my old phone. He explained that the "free phone trade promotion" will in essence be discounted by monthly bill credits that AT&T will give back on your bill for the 36-month installment plan. He would also honor $10 off monthly for bringing my own devices, this would take 2-3 billing cycles to see the credits.My bill should be $130 but is $175. I have called with no results. Towards the end of 4/23 they gave me $400 credit which is less than the agreement. By switching to AT&T I have raised my bill by 200% and had to purchase 2 brand new phones and they stole mine. Everytime we call ATT or go to this store we get the run around and have to jump through hoops and nothing ever gets resolved.

Waited a little to see how my new iPhone works, before leaving a review. Been with another company for over 30 years and until 2 years ago, loved them. These past two years were awful. I wanted to see if AT&T had better coverage. The coverage is definitely there and far better than my last company. The dropped calls in my house we are working on. As far as what I got shopping in the AT&T store on rte. 100 in Palm Coast, it was top notch. Javon was the nicest and most helpful person we have dealt with in all or our experience, even with the 30 yrs with the other company. Thank you Javon for making our move an easy choice. If we could give him more stars, we would. Had to return to the store to get our military discount fixed. Worked with Alexis. She made it quick and easy, so we were in and out of there in record time. Very nice, helpful and professional. Thank you Alexis.
