I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the banking services provided at Bank of America. My experience was characterized by a surprising lack of professionalism and inefficient workflow organization which, I believe, needs to be addressed urgently.Upon entering the bank, I found it unusual that the Branch Manager was stationed at the entrance, rather than handling high-level responsibilities, which I believe would be more fitting for their role. Their primary tasks seemed to be greeting customers and scheduling appointments, which, in my opinion, could be handled by other banking personnel. My concerns escalated when I attempted to withdraw funds from my account. In a rather rude manner the teller informed me that she was unauthorized to handle transactions over $20,000 and that she would need to involve her manager. The manager, upon arriving from the entrance, glanced at the computer screen over the teller's shoulder, and inappropriately inquired, in a voice loud enough for others to hear, “are you closing your account!” This breach of discretion was disconcerting. Moreover, I found the bank's security measures to be inconsistent. While I was subjected to an extensive series of security questions before the transaction could proceed, little thought was given to the secure handling of the funds I withdrew. My $20,000 withdrawal was handed to me without any security bands or a Bank of America slip to ensure its safety, which I found very concerning. I had to remind the teller this is 20k you are handing me can you please provide some security, there are BOA slips in front of you.In conclusion, my experience at Bank of America was far from satisfactory. I experienced a lack of proper organization, questionable privacy practices, and inconsistent security procedures. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the banking experience for all customers. And to the boisterous prying manager yes I removed my funds & closed my accounts for good!

I met Alan today for the first time at this Palm Coast branch. He is the perfect example of what an employee should be. He is kind, caring, efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me a more positive perspective of the bank since my faith in Bank of America had been dwindling. Alan works toward the front when you first walk in and seems to keep the whole branch along with customers in a positive and productive flow. Eventually they will be probably replace people with robot's; they should use Alan as the model for this. Hopefully upper management will see this review and give Alan the praise and recognition he deserves. Thank you Alan for going out your way to care, and show people they have importance and value.

Manager (Alan) and relationship managers went to lunch while customers who had already checked in were waiting in lobby. Never acknowledged - just walked by. So we made an appt to come back the next day for a simple transaction to get a name added to an existing account. Wasted another 40 minutes. Must have soc sec card after providing 2 forms of ID. Already found another bank. Frank is fantastic and should go work for another organization.

Terrible and rude customer service. Every single time I head into this branch it’s such an inconvenience to the tellers working. I have been told twice already to go elsewhere if I want my money in certain denominations. Closing my BOA account and moving all business to Chase and PNC as they seem to know what customer service is and making the trip into a branch an enjoyable experience.

Terrible customer service every single time I go into this branch. They over complicate things and don't want to have to do any actual work. Extremely rude tellers!

The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't try calling... No one EVER answers the phone! The turnover in personal during COVID-19 was their downfall

I’m extremely disappointed with this Bank of America branch. My husband and I needed to deposit some checks we received at our wedding and we tried to ask the manger, Frank, for assistance. He was extremely rude, condescending, and told us that it was not possible to do. We understand there are certain limitations to depositing checks but the manager could provide no recommendations or solutions besides “go somewhere else”. He acted like all our checks were fraudulent and treated us like petty criminals. We will be closing all our BOA accounts and moving to Chase, who customer service was extremely helpful.

I would give no stars if I could. No one answers the phone even after I tried calling 20 times. No option to leave a voicemail. This branch isn't even appearing on the BOA website which is a huge red flag and highly suspicious. Some "owner" is replying to the Google reviews stating that customers should go on Twitter or Facebook to get in touch with someone which is so unbelievably unprofessional and another red flag. Like others, I have a quick question that can only be answered by this exact branch as it relates to a deposit that dropped in their after hours box and do not want to make an appointment to come in since I am not setting up a new account or anything time-consuming. I figured if I didn't give up calling someone would eventually answer but nope.

Deposited a money order 2k, was told funds would be available at midnight, it wasn’t , seen on the boa app 9am available, it wasn’t . Went in and they told me I couldn’t even cash this at Walmart - I checked- I could have. My car is broke and I needed money yesterday. I plan on closing account after this . Disgusted .. nothing but problems

Greeted by John and continued to go well particularly with Grace Ramos who opened my accounts. The building makes it a bank but the staff makes it a branch. Grace explained all my options in detail and what the best products for my funds would be. If the rest of the staff resembles Grace Ramos’s professionalism, I’ll be glad to be serviced by the others as well . Thanks Grace! Scott

My parents had accounts with this branch for years. They both died in 2011 and I am just now trying to find the contents of the box. They told me my parents never had a box there. I have been to bank with my parents to put documents inside the box. My name was even placed on the box for entry. Now I have to report them to the FDIC.
