Bath and body works has gone hill. Not even polite any longer. I.placed on order on Dec 6th. Says it was shipped on the 17th. Still don't have it. I was 3 presents short . Had to go out Christmas eve and replace them. It won't be long before this second class co goes under like so many others. Avoid them

Always an addicting place that I cannot leave empty handed. The employees are always sweet and helpful. If you're a candle lover I highly recommend the aromatherapy ones specifically eucalyptus ones, I also love their vanilla bean candle I love almost everything there don't get me started! The aromatherapy sleeping room spray smells like bubble bath and heaven.

Been twice (one was yesterday) and was never greeted, offered help, or said goodbye to as I left like other people were. The girls at the door just looked at me and said nothing. I said hi and they looked away and did not respond making me feel embarrassed Is it because I look like a teenager who likely would not spend much at BBW? Well I’m in my 20s so shame on your store for being discriminatory and selective in who you choose to greet and serve. Thanks for the “great” experience in this holiday season ? Merry Christmas

Consistently good service here. Maybe the one star reviewers experienced a bad day, but I come here every two weeks when I'm in the area just to shop and see the new products. If you buy things during their sales it's such a good deal, plus their rewards program is awesome!! The people who work here are very nice and helpful.
