I like Chase Bank and they have been my bank for 30 years. However, we recently moved to Flagler Beach and the closest branch AND atm is over 10 miles away. Too far for convenient atm. I’m considering changing banks.

My review is a reflection of the bank in general, not this particular branch. I am an American (former Palm Coast resident) living in Mexico and my debit card info was stolen; I have two fraudulent charges. I have been screaming into the void all day trying to report it stolen. The website will not allow me to disable the card and says that the service is down... to be "patient"... well, I'm not when it comes to this. The fraud department is an absolute joke. I keep getting transferred to people in India that I can't understand, and they certainly don't understand me. I have called multiple times and am continuously being put on hold, hung up on, or the call drops. Hours of my life that I'll never get back have been stolen in addition to my personal information. My advice: find a different bank. Do not choose Chase, especially if your choose to travel or live abroad.

This Particular location is absolutely quick, easy, in and out. I can see how some older clientele can feel as they are being ignored. That isn't the case, chase and this branch has done everything to make it such a long interactive experience inside. You can basically do what you need via machine even your business account and only have to speak with a teller to Deposit or cash big checks personal or business. This branch when I firs moved to PC , fixed the mishap the chase bank I originally got my business account at and mad it hassle free as it could be. I dont think I had one worry during the whole process. I just had to sit there for 30 mins while she was in back and forth phone calls and faxing papers back and forth with the originally branch.

I’m opening a checking & saving account …:the call center number is the worst ..::im trying to updated my personal info in the app Chase and the message is that it’s not working, I call & it’s only the machine responding & music…:::can’t speak with an associate so far for the last 3 days ..:::it’s really annoying .:::::the banker in the office Hector was very professional & convinced me to open these accounts .::::but the call center is the worst

So apparently if you go in there with more than $100 to open account, they don’t have people that can open account. They told me that the girl that opens a certain account was on jury duty. Wow !! Even the bank manager seemed clueless. If you need to invest your money or open a account, go elsewhere!!!

The worst bank ever, my nephew went there to get into his deceased mother's safety deposit box, and when he mentioned about his mother passing away the laughed right in his face, they told him if he had the key he could get into the box, so he went back with the key, then they told him he needs a court summons so he brought that, so then they told him he needs a court order sign by a judge so he brought that and yet they still refuse him access, how do they get away with not letting him into it so he can get his mom's will,? JP Morgan owns it that's why, and we know all about JP Morgan's bad rep, stay far away from that bank, or sooner or later they will disappoint you,

Terrible Customer Service and understaffed.I wanted to make a minor change to my account. I was told no one was available and to make an appointment two days out. I found that to be unacceptable so I closed my account. No one, not even the Branch Manager asked why. It appears they don’t care.

It is a shame that you call to make an appointment and no one answers the phone. They tell you to call back at another time. I wanted to open new accounts but I guess they don't want new business. I sure would hate to have an account here and not be able to make a business call when I needed to.
