Last night I had just left work and went into Circle K about 11pm. The Managers name is Theresa. I have been coming into your gas station for 20 years. I had a scratch off that I wanted to cash out. It was for only $5.00. I handed it to Theresa and she tells me that she cannot read it and the ticket is invalid, she thinks its because I scratched it too hard. She told me I had to go to a lottery office which is so ridiculous, but ok. The customer who was on the line stepped up after he heard what she said, he told her all she had to do was turn the ticket over and run that code and that would work. She said, NO. So, I took my ticket and walked out of the store, I saw another guy who works there, I have known him for so long. I said could I ask you a question? He said sure, I told him what had happened and he explained to me, no problem Ma'am, there is a code on the back of the ticket, I will run it for you. I said thanks so much. He walked in he store ran it, the little receipt came out and he said you won $5.00. I said thank you. Well, Theresa freaked out! She said to me, who do you think you are asking one of my employees to help you after I told you that you needed to go to the Lotto Office. She stated, I am the manager. She said, don't you ever come back in this store, you are banned, and I should call the cops on you to get a trespassing order. She stated, you come in here intoxicated. That's funny, I just got off of work and went in there to get a bottle of wine. I said you are just crazy. So now she has my ticket sitting on the counter, takes care of the next couple customers and won't give me my money. At this point the other helpful employee didn't know what to do because she acted so unprofessional. I told her that she needed that $5.00 more than I do, to keep it. I left the store. The customers on line when we got outside, said what is this ladies problem. I don't know, she is Miserable and has big issues. Power Trip or something. So, not only does Circle K owe me the $5.00, she needs to get Fired. She cannot treat people that way.

Receipt printers don’t work on pumps, and there are no signs indicating this, forcing you to go inside, and wait on a long line while the clerk chit chats with customers moving at a snail’s pace. Not to mention the inside of this store is gross.

I frequent this location often as it is convenient. After today I will never return! Around 245 pm I tried to air my tire, out of order for weeks now, now no unleaded gas available, and then to top it off the inside was absolutely DISGUSTING! Water and sticky substances all over the floor in front of soda machine and throughout the store, counters haven't been wiped down in what looks like forever, food on the roller grills look like they had been there since the morning and layered in so much gunk that the rollers were no longer spinning the items remaining. AND if all that isn't enough to make your skin crawl, spotted 2 baby German cockroaches crawling right below the grill machines. I don't know what has happened to this location but I have never been so disgusted by a facility before in my life and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves! If I could rate NO STARS I would have!

This place is horrible, watch what your paying at the pumps. When they run out of regular the pump doesn't say it just up charges you for premium. Inside they say they can't do anything about, just must be out of regular gas. Go anywhere else for gas!

Clerk was the only one at register with a line of more than 12+ people. Finally someone else came in.Original girl (dark hair in a bun, and heavy set) was checking me out. I asked for 4 pks of cigarettes. She only had 3 on the counter and went to the back for more. When she came back VERY rudely, " you gonna run your card?" I started that I asked for 4. Again VERY rudely " I rang 4!Felt like saying that I'm not a mind reader! But didn't want snapped at again!Attutide adjustment needed! WOW!
